Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The "spike" was a couple of months ago @jaguarflush.
Good to see you've got your finger on the pulse @Vascular...
@TomE
The classier AMG E63s eats the M4 Comp for breakfast ; )
Be careful all your hundreds of gold coins don't fall out of the Aston though Tom ; )
Yup 23.5 close
No UT.
Beat me to it MattyBoy.
A new poster arrives to lend credence to JB's back story, on the day JB puts his head back over the parapet.
Hmmm indeed.
The idea that we should put SWAG on a back burner makes absolutely no sense. The whole point of entering into JV's at Hav and Juri is to allow us to use our resources to explore our 100% owned asset at SWAG.
HAV is underpinning the current mcap, SWAG has the potential to take us to the next level. SD has been brought in to oversee expansion, not to consolidate proven assets.
This is why so many of us don't post so regularly on this board any more @daveri007. No need to drag up old news, and why you feel the need to "try to catch out" Paddy, God only knows.
In one post, all todays goodwill evaporates **sigh**

What a very "grown up" RNS, very "un-AIM like", more akin to a quoted FTSE-type RNS, if you ask me.
The kind of RNS you would expect from a multi-asset, well managed, well funded, cash rich Company. The exploration company of choice for multi-national mining corporations. The JV partner of choice for multi-national mining corporations.
The poster boys for the Paterson.
Steady as she goes Cap'n, steady as she goes.
Let's hope so @5eightsaccount.
It speaks volumes however, that this pivotal Q&A would have subsequently seen dozens of positive posts on this board in our halcyon days. Now, just a few of us take any notice of such powerful rhetoric from the CEO of our global JV partners.
As @Tymers puts it so eloquently...some look, some see.
Paddy - it simply says sell at your peril.
The diehards sitting quietly on our hands will be richly rewarded in the coming months.
I'm with @Tymers on this, do we really need to be promoting the buying of coins when we should be promoting the buying of GGP shares?
I'm sorry Tom, but buying another batch of 100 gold coins @ £130k, is a bit "look at me" don't you think? It was only a couple of days ago you were shouting out loud your bitter disappointment about us languishing in the 20's.
It's just a bit tiresome tbh.
@StrummerJones
Absolutely bang on the nail. The choo-choo brigade should be called out at every given opportunity.
* Stage 1 Commitment (the "Minimum Commitment"): Newcrest must satisfy the Stage 1 Commitment by incurring and/or funding A$3m in expenditure within 24 months to earn an additional 26% interest (cumulative 51% interest) in the Paterson Joint Venture (if A$3m in expenditure has not been incurred, the balance must be paid to Greatland).
@mercman
I literally have no idea what you're talking about.
Jeez, so aggressive.
@Tymer.
I am not the messiah, just a very naughty boy x
@mercman
I don't know whats rattled your cage, but you seem to have a bit of a hard on for me at the moment. Even accusing me of being in cahorts with posters I have absolutely no affinity with.
Whats pathetic about my post, pray tell? I was simply expressing an opinion. Speedy responded and I respect his opinion, as I will continue to do.
Hi speedy.
My post was directed at no-one in particular, but was more a general comment about the direction the board has taken in the last few weeks. To me, it seems to have become a melting pot for discussions of all kind of things, other than GGP. Sentiment in our investment has disappeared under an avalanche of cross ramping, fear mongering and hidden agendas.
I hold physical Gold myself, and have no problem in it being "mentioned in despatches". We're a gold explorer, so its relevant. But when people post contact numbers and email addresses, encouraging others to take the plunge, I think that only serves to undermine the reason we're all here.
@Jambo813
Totally agree with you, too many sellers, thats is indeed the bottom line.
I've kept a watching brief lately whilst the board has descended into bitter in-fighting and the trolls have made hay. There's something about a falling SP that brings the absolute worst in people.
What has been most disappointing has been so called "trusted LTH's" extolling the virtues of buying physical gold, nearology plays, blockchain mining & crypto currencies. This begs a simple question. Where do we expect fully invested GGP holders to raise funds to invest in these plays?
Ermm...by selling shares in GGP perhaps?
