Sol, a company can do a consolidation for a number of reasons but the point is that it does not reduce the value of someone’s holding.

I can't recall now the exact timing of everything, but the consolidation is separate and completely irrelevant. It was a 20 for 1, our shareholding increasing by 20x and the SP falling 20x.

What does consolidation of shares have to do with anything?
