George, I think it’s exactly that. The seller/selling appears to be done, and most LTHs have topped up, have their positions and are now waiting for news hopefully within a fortnight.

I really would urge everyone to not reply to Jane/Timmy/Ballbag. They are absolutely only here to disrupt. If you reply to them, they’ve won.

I don’t know what it’s worth, but I reckon the asset value of Pitfield is comfortably more than several thousand pounds.

Investing is often about more than the hard numbers.

I hope Manlord realises that Timmy, Jane and BobbyBagger are very likely the same person and that there are probably hundreds of genuine members on here who value his comments and thoughts. Certainly, they were very reassuring during the recent SP falls we had.

I've had my differences with Cev and Dusty, but both of them along with ML have been here since the 1, 3, 5p days etc, and have generally been more right than wrong.

Don't rule out FDR doing well, too. Wishbone (WSBN), which like FDR is drilling close by and next door to Greatland Gold, are having some early success with their drilling and FDR won't be far behind them with their own results.
