If SB really can see a live register, it would be very interesting to know if this is one or a few large investors offloading.

Ftse, can you find where anyone said Gazelle was a dud? More the question was why it took so long to follow up on it after initial drilling in 2019. Yes, there were LP issues but these were resolved way before we eventually went back to it. It could have been done post the annual raise in 2024.

We’re not disputing overall production is up. We’re telling specifically about Heron 1. I thought that was clear.

For R&H, some REAL facts.

RNS timeline on Heron 1:

25/10/2024 – Production starts

14/11/2024: “production is currently choked back to a range between 200 and 300 bpd.”

16/01/2025: “Stable production of OVER 200 barrels of oil per day is being maintained”

13/03/2025: “The Heron 1 well continues to produce steadily AT c. 200 barrels of oil per day.”

30/05/2025: “The pumped production rate of the well is averaging circa 160 bopd”

30/07/2025: “Heron-1 production stable in the range of 150 to 160 barrels of oil per day (bopd)”

05/11/2025: “current daily production of c. 145 barrels”

Now, is the trend up? Or down?

R&H - if you read all the RNS on Heron 1 since it went into production, you'll see the numbers declining.

TBT, it’s largely irrelevant as we’re talking about 5 bopd difference, but the last RNS clearly states Gazelle at 200 bopd and Heron 1 at 145. So production is up from 145 to 345.

Ralph, we can all play Captain Hindsight and say we shouldn't have sold all of GMET (which has been very volatile recently!), but I don't see what else you can criticise management for. The (very small) investment in Minestarters we don't know yet if that will work out or not, and the royalties stake seems good business... a chance for passive income.

And then we have the RNS at 6.25pm this evening, all but confirming they'll be some kind of buyback or distribution to shareholders, otherwise why go to all this effort.

As ever, management can't control short term share price movements. But keep doing what they are, and I'm confident this will be a good investment. Certainly better than 90%+ of the shower that you find on AIM.
