Hang on one moment. POW’s interest in Minestarters began middle of October. So barely more than 2 minutes ago!

It is not unusual for start ups to have virtual or shared offices. That’s prudent, why waste money on an address somewhere fancy etc.

Millions? Well, it’s £1m with an option to take a few more if it’s a success.

You have to be able to read between the lines with MATD and their RNS’s.

It was 200 bopd, sure. But they’ve also told us they’ve encountered some issues and haven’t given us an updated number, despite me explicitly asking the question at the Q&A, right at the beginning and repeating it towards the end. Yet many other questions were answered.

Put it this way, I’m confident that if it had increased to 300-400+, they’d have been singing about it.

It’s not the end of the world, Gazelle is a bonus an hopefully they can get a few more wells going. But it’s going to be slow going. Just look at Heron 1… supposedly one of the best flowing wells around and it’s down to 135-145 bopd.

If I was MATD I would now try to trickle along and not necessarily sign up to any JV or farmout. As has been mentioned, Mongolia ultimately do need the oil. I really do think they should be providing some assistance, as many other countries do for companies.
