Indeed. But more sells than buys usually means buyers of stock are overwhelmed and therefore the price of shares being offered to buyers has to fall to entice said buyers in.

Neredowell - yes, it will likely take months. Buybacks are not typically a quick thing. But would you want them to spend our hard-earned cash buying shares back at overly inflated prices?
