This is how I always read RNS's. What isn't in there, that a company might be trying to ignore. Yesterday, it was that there was still no news on the offtake agreement being signed. However, they said February and we are still at the beginning of the month. But the next RNS really does need the offtake agreement issue being put to bed.

And we are not up today. 1.20p bid, the price that matters to us holders of stock already. That is as low a closing bid price as we’ve ever had.

Abzzba, again, I hope you’re right with the dramatic rerate. But for those historical rises, do bear in mind that we have so many more shares in issue now.

My concern is that something rather unscrupulous is going on that could be terminal for MATD. I hope I’m wrong but it has been a long time now since we’ve had anything positive to shout about on the SP, despite seemingly positive RNS’s.

So this morning I believe there was one trade that went through at 1.45p. It was for £39.99 only. I notice we flicked to 1.30p, above the confirmed buys going through. Odd, I thought. Guess what, it was for £39.99 again. Games being played. people. We are being played.

I don 't think any of us can criticise someone for investing in a dog of a share!!!

If there is no manipulation or nefarious actions being undertaken (I think there is), then I can only conclude that the reason the SP is dwindling is because there is real concern a raise is coming. 200 bopd is, frankly, pathetic and will not keep the company financially sustainable. Hence the really important RNS being one of improved production levels AND being paid for it.

Anyway, I probably am fighting back against the uber rampers too much. But I also said the RNS this morning was “OK” but it’s nothing more than that, as the SP seems to suggest (although you know I think something funny is going on here). We had a temporary agreement in place for 5 years already and so, while it’s ok news, it’s certainly not game changing. We need news of the offtake agreement finally being signed and us receiving revenue. And we also need excellent news on Heron 1 and 2. Without those happening very soon, we will be in trouble because there is no way we can raise funds at this level without it being catastrophic for LTHs.

And yet no one continues to buy. 600k buys vs 3.2m sells already? And this has been going on a long time now. I thought our previous RNS was mildly positive. Today’s RNS was largely irrelevant in the near term, but nothing seems to move this SP in the direction we want and I therefore see no reason why this won’t continue to drift lower and lower.

Of course, until Investor33’s buyer that has been accumulating for 6 months and must own half the company decides to do something!

As suspected, any slither of half decent news is just sold into, 1m and a couple of 200k round blocks gone. We are being played with.

You haven’t misread the RNS as one that will massively rerate the SP have you, TBT? Doh.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this non-news was dropped just to add some volume that can then be sold into. Let’s see.

I maintain only blockbuster news on H1 and 2, and maybe some curveball from Gobi or renewables will in any way rerate us.

Why? We had a temporary agreement in place for the next 5 years, so in the short and medium term, this was a non issue. The big issues right now are getting the offtake agreement signed so we can actually receive some revenue, and trying to boost production from Heron 1. I would much rather have had an RNS confirming one or both of those.

We had the temporary licence anyway, so while OK news, I do not see this “massively rerating” the SP. In fact, I read this RNS more as “we still dont have the offtake agreement signed and still haven’t received any revenue”
