Not shilling another company, my loyalty is definitely here. But this is such stunning news and so important. It ought to have a positive knock-on effect for all medicinal cannabis growers. News in today:

There may be no limit to the benefit of these plants, both on their own and when combined with other things. As a future UK grower/supplier, ANA is now well placed, especially with the NHS on our doorstep.

If the sp falls back a bit today I'd not worry, the steam runs out of most huge rises at some point. If we can maintain above the 1p level post-license approval then that's great, and unless the mms are playing games there's no real reason why it shouldn't stay fairly stable. But these markets are unpredictable.

However, I think this has really turned a corner now and the only way is marching on so we may see a nice build and strengthen as we go along. I'd prefer that than wild rises but who knows, it will depend on the newsflow from hereonin. We can celebrate a great first step today though, that's the hardest part out of the way in terms of proving the most potentially laborious to wait for. GL all.

As per the Telegram group, Ghost, this is the initial stage of the license and one to commercially grow will be needed later. I suspect the company needs to prove up this first leg and can reach capacity. I'm not sure of the actual time scale. The licenses was an area I didn't research so much when I joined here, more the company fundamentals.

If anybody can help flesh out the license stages and issues please do. Cheers.

Looks like it's on the rise now but it depends what your timeframe here is? I'd expect to see the typical peaks and troughs of a young company not on a FTSE market, so there may be plenty of buy/sell opportunities.

The cannabinoid sector is due to grow by double figures between 2021-2025 so me personally, I'm staying put for 2-3 years at least because it could be a real growth sector. But as to sp rise points it depends on what the company news is, growth and what it invests in. Should be a good ride though as we've now got that confirmation. :)

I'm invested for the next couple of years at the very least, all being well and such. But I do hope we're not sat here twiddling our thumbs for 11 months. These licenses need to be given out. There are heavily oversubscribed companies entering the market all the time and we can't even get a license any time soon? Just seems really odd. A great sector to be in but really seems bogged down by slow decision making at the govt/regulatory end.

I can't see it not happening. But UK plc is crippling slow on this sector and is in danger of missing several tricks if it doesn't act fast, and soon.

Although now to November is the window, you have to think that when that was written, Ananda, nor anyone else, has any control of when we're fully out of lockdown, when things can move freely again and with certainty. Govt bods will have a lot of backlog piled up in their 'to do' box and were just one of many, many issues that will need sorting.

It could happen sooner than people think. It just depends on where we are in the queue, and if there are to be other lockdowns or restrictions. Nobody can predict a smooth, clear run for anything atm, so a window that spans the best part of 2021 is probably prudent. If things go well, there's nothing to say the visit hasn't happened, is due soon or a few weeks/months away. I think that timeframe is just very general.

ARB is not the same as bitcoin, but the trouble is that until ARB establishes a finite identity it'll be lumped in by the lazies.

It has to really push its separate credentials. The whole crypto arena seems to be being puppeteer by Elon Musk and it's got beyond ridiculous. Even on here, people have excitedly been basing their strategy on his tweets, assuming it's going to be an uphill curve.

It's okay saying, 'Oh yes but he amuses me.' For others it's extremely annoying and of no benefit to the company or its holders. It's amazing how much one troll can disrupt a forum because of the oxygen others give him or her. I blocked him days ago and it's great, except that others are carrying it on.

If you do, then you get what you give. You can only expect more trolling and more fighting. Which really defeats the object of the board.

I still think its got a place in the arena, but it has been woefully marketed with all the enthusiasm of a wet dishcloth. Good for Glint though, at least one of us might make it.

For example, I recently bought in to ANA because I did my homework, liked the company and the sector for future growth. Not because of someone on a forum. If you can't handle drops and rises in sp on AIM, and periods of no news, that's on you.

Initially if I recall, he got hammered. There were basically no more links UTRS could post, he's posted just about everything available. It's either build an early position here or sell up and move on if you can't bear a wait. Either way it's a long term hold for me.
