RE: Latest from Q and A tonight28 Jul 2023 19:25
Oh lord, he got pelted tonight from practically everyone, lol, even Jazzy turned up again and Pineapple, who I love. :D It was a big old poo-flinging contest if ever there was, and he's had it coming tbf.
Virtually all the questions were about relist and there was no good old JonnyE and couple of others (who usually ask more tevhnical/ops-based questions) to save him.
Below are his replies about relist, which of course, well, you know the drill. Usual caveats, etc...
Perhaps the second most valuable question after when, is at the very bottom. Decide for yourselves. CP is just finishing answering questions as I type. I checked in after it closed but he was still mopping up. It was probably one of the more hostile sessions I've seen tbh, but he did, as he always does, turn up for it and answer questions, whether it's what people want to hear or not. So props to him at least for that. The main relist answers are below.
"Regarding potential timing for listing, I believe we’re still a chance of getting Tally’s shares listed by Christmas this year, but with all our other ongoing work streams, we’ll know a lot more as we go into October."
"... we’re open to raising additional pre-IPO funds this quarter. It doesn’t relate directly to revenues (but of course we need to keep growing revenues)."
"I have my views and target range on IPO price xxx but it’ll be affected by numerous things between now and the end of the year. I will say that the pre-IPO price is 3p so obviously we’d be looking at a price higher than that."
"Evening xxxxx, recent tangible steps towards listing have included among other things: ongoing product development, expanding the capability of the organisation, growing awareness and traction in the UK market, going live with our proprietary technology platform, and converting non-core investment assets to useful current assets. I suppose me appearing in the press helps show we’re pushing forward with the concept, the business and the strategy (that includes a public company listing). Agreed it’s taken an extremely long time (it’s also been extremely hard work)."
"pre-IPO sees the group valued at £22m pre-money."
