Exactly. If this comes in (and it has as good a chance as any) I'm honestly done with AIM. Had a belly full. It's not an investors market but I refuse to lose money and I've never been a rainbow chaser. I give LION a year to comply with my target (which is a modest 10p anyway, down from 20p).

But why should the market have any idea of what/when news, and if it did I'd be more worried about leaks! People always think their share should be blue skying on imminent news but the reality is it doesn't always work that way.

Like I say, it's probably too early to get hyped about such things and let's see the rollout and more importantly, takeup first. I just feel like if it's done well, and proves successful, there's no reason to think another company wouldn't be potentially interested in the technology.

here are varied. :) I am usually loathe to talk about takeover potential, especially on an unreleased product - and much depends on how it takes off but I suspect there are opportunities to snap any well-functioning blockchain company up by a bigger predator - if CP can pull this off successfully. If it works, it could really be a blueprint and there may be more than a few companies keeping an eye on this to see how it fares. Nothing's a given, but it's a possibility, especially utilising the Railsbank banking platform and TRAC foundation.

I mean obviously there are a few of us investors here and I admit to usually feeling frustrated with the place because investment talk gets crowed out by people shouting about the sp, trolling or trying to spread crap. But I get dragged back on and off because there's simply nowhere else to have a say on how things are going. One thing I will say about the trolling though, is that its funny how they were all bleating when the sp was up at 6.5p saying it wasn't worth it and now it's at a level you'd think their cheap pockets (and paymasters) would find more comforting, they're bleating about how the company has fallen from 6.5p as if it should have stayed there. It can only stay in a place if there's sustained support, but if people bail and rainbow chase something else then how can it? How can any sp?

That's the fault of traders bailing for small chips though isn't. And mms taking advantage of that. If people just held and waited for better returns we wouldn't be in these troughs. These boards prove many people are just not interested in investing, only 10% where they can. None of it is really conducive to an investor base sadly.

Pro, we don't know that for sure? We know ST said LION are not coming to the presentation 'empty handed' but that's not the same as a confirmation of launch. It may well launch before then but all we know to date is CP said they wouldn't give an exact release date for Q2 so they had wiggle room if necessary and that there's an upcoming presentation. It may tie in, be great if so not sure we can take it as a definite yet. The presentation might contain new info (corresponding with an RNS//s) so there's that. :) If ST can get Railsbank onboard that would be cool as well.

Your posts contain little on 'fact' and more on your own conjecture, based on what everybody knows already. Your spin does not maketh fact. Fact is fact, spin by using it and trying to repackage it is quite something else.

I noticed that. Too many people think they live in the boardroom at the company offices and are somehow privy to the plan of action, the finances, the strategy, direction, etc. They're not. The only one that can tell us is the company itself, and then you can make your own decisions from there, based on whether it is unfolding for you as you wish or hope. All this forum finger-wagging from someone not even invested in something as yet unreleased and unrealised for impact and potential smacks of a competitive grudge to me, rightly or wrongly. You just do not spend that amount of time here knocking something you think is of poor interest to people. Because automatically it should be so poor it fails without help. The trouble with trolls is they give too much away psychologically. They try far too hard.

The only 'sources' we can act on to truly gauge where a thing is going is the company itself and its affiliates, their movements, their actions. The people behind LION, TRAC and Railsbank are innovators, planners and developers. Parry is on record as saying the Goldbloc side of the business is where he sees biggest benefit, the mines are but an added bowstring and there may be deals in the offing to divest or retain depending upon the future. He'll know what to do. We don't, because we are not working from the inside, merely looking in. Glint has clearly survived this write up, yet people are still happily trying to dig holes and push LION in when the product hasn't fully been reached yet. Almost like they're on a payroll to be terrified of the notion of competition.

I don't have a personal axe to grind with Glint but when you consider that the stream of bile aimed at LION for months on end, despite all the hard work and quietly hitting their goals, and Glint get one bad article which effectively puts a bomb under the bum of certain posters to up their post rate, well, I think it speaks volumes myself. Again, just conjecture, which we are all free to do, but ultimately the proof is in his LION handle this and I'm here for that.

anyone can post here. There's no vetting. Would it surprise anyone if rival digital money companies sent posters to forums like these to run a competitor down? Maybe it's less to do with shorters and the insistent bashing is more to do with competitors. Shouldn't be surprised either way.

But your post assumes Parry is going to do this, when he has absolutely no reason to'dilute to oblivion' (that is purely your conjecture, yet again) and he hasn't so far either. It's all been balanced and organised steps. He's not running the mafia, Sea, no matter how much you try and imply it. He's building a company and it's no more or less full of projections and risk than any other on AIM yet already much better organised, linked and funded than many. Yes, the plan is ambitious but so is any business plan. He has put his own money into Railsbank and TRAC and been upfront about it. Why this conversation is still even running is a mystery except you are rehashing arguments you know the answer to. Or is someone just upset that Glint got a kick t'other day.
