Things are obviously going on behind the scenes, and warrants have been exercised which indicates a company intending to come back to trading.

I'm not and never have been too bothered if the schedule slips somewhat over summer because it's a new concept and I appreciate that there's a helluva lot of beta-ing/testing to do. They also indicated something had changed. That may well be what is eating the time up.

I do think comms could be better (have expressed that in the past) but I'll wait to SEE what they've been working on. I said I'd give this a year and that year is not up and plenty can happen in that time.

They did RNS last time and I believe they will again. I also don't think they've taken on a new BoD member to sit there idly doing nothing. As for the Finnish gold it's a slow burn (as often is in mining) and the sampling results could still be being processed through a variety of labs, etc. I've got to give it more time. It's not like we're going anywhere until Sep anyway so.

We've been notified a pilot is to be run in July. That we know about. So assume it's underway.

It's either we will notify you of when we start the pilot. (Why? You've just told us.) or when the product ceases to be a pilot and goes live.

That's how I interpret it. It's ambiguous and typically LION.

I still interpret that as two ways. the 'goes live' part being separate from the pilot part. But we'll see.

Looking at the RNS, I do think there's a potentially ambiguous wording there.

In interview, CP said they wouldn't give a specific date for release to allow for some wiggle room. It appears that has come to pass.

But in the RNS it says the pilot 'will go live'. I interpret that as the pilot itself going live or the product going live after the pilot. 'when the pilot goes live' might not mean the pilot itself.

I still think we will be told after the fact. Like 'we ran the pilot and this happened'. I actually don't think there's much need to tell the market when a pilot is starting when you've already said it's going to start in July. I may be wrong but I think that's what could be happening here.

Then we have a poster on Twitter called Carol White (who never stops yapping about how awful LION is) who says this, circa 5 hours ago:

Look familiar? Even down to the unnecessary space between the final word and the hypen/question mark at the end of sentences.

On the 8th of July Carol White also said this:

"lionsgold is going to do very well on relisting

see sharetalk, yep guess I am sorry to have sold as it will trade at a premium"

And this: on June 24th:

So Carol White, aka BrownAdder on LSE not only appears to have a split personality but sold out and yet still spends nearly all his/her time on here trying to bash the share/company/Parry at every moment s/he gets, even though s/he is not even a holder! Another Eccles, good god.

I always said BrownAdder was a snake in the grass and don't know why people on here trusted this person.

By the way you can check the Twitter page (which I've screenshotted if tweets 'go missing') and this person s still ranting away at CP and LION even on a Saturay and even though no longer invested, talking as if s/he is a disgruntled holder who has some vested interest.

Why be so angry across TWO forums (and maybe more) if you're not even in the share anymore CAROL????

Apart from manipulation, which does go on, we know it does because it's been exposed time and time again in the past, in all truth, apart from upbeat ops reports, what has changed?

How have shareholders had any genuine return on projects that are still no nearer completion? Exciting, big, potentially lifechanging projects but that's about it, just words about how great they are, so far. There are hundreds of mining companies dong the same. The market simply treats accordingly (with dismissiveness).

I've been adding more whilst its quiet since I think there's a good chance of us getting to around 2p (if that) someday. A poor return but better than nothing. I cannot see this ever being allowed to take off properly because GH is just not giving anything the market hasn't heard before. I hope I'm wrong.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see an RNS trundling in after the pilot has been conducted at/after the end of the month saying 'pilot completed', or, 'we ran a trial between so-and-so date and so-and-so date in July.

And I think it's £250k to relist. But could vary.

That's 'why I mention it now' - because he was talking about warrants exercised and not just BoD.

As to your other point (and I honestly don't know why you're being argumentative) - some people get married after days and stay together a lifetime, so how an you place a quantifiable figure on someone else's friendship?

Sigh. I dunno why people nitpick off on tangents like this. The point is basically that a holder here said they would exercise warrants a few weeks back, and lo and behold warrants have subsequently been exercised.

I'm still a bottom-drawer holder here but have been offboard for a bit.

Whilst the recent newsflow has been great and the general sentiment has lifted I'm pretty 'meh' until GH pulls a corporate masterclass for long-suffering shareholders. We know we have amazing fantastic assets but we've also heard it ALL before. The analogy someone made about 12 years a slave to GGP is not an untruth. Though I think the company should be judged more on GH's appointment and actions. At GGP the only major thing that has benefited shareholders has been projections of a great tomorrow, rather than it ever really turning up and lasting. And that's excluding the fickleness of AIM and its hordes of daytraders.

So I'm kind of immune to the GGP fluff sales patter now. It feels to me as if GH knows he's back on the sentiment train. I want to see an asset sale and some return for shareholders, this year. Or it's just going to be stretched out picking up bits of surface gold for another year imo. What IS actually going on at Firetower and Warrentina that's taking eons in almost total silence? They know what they have (see website). Just sell it on, ffs!! Get some more money in and deliver a return.

This company is capable of delivering but we're really treading water until we either get a Newmont-type partnership or get some of these assets sold.

We had someone on here a few weeks ago prior to the pilot RNS saying s/he was a friend of CP, was a warrant holder and expected to be exercising warrants in the coming weeks. Also indicated had a lot of faith in CP and things ongoing behind scenes.

Of course that person got treated like a troll and run out of town on here just for delivering such info but if people had stopped to check back through the post history they'd have found the person appeared to be a significant warrant holders in AIM stocks and someone that seemed pretty balanced and reasonable.

Or you can look at it that current price is a gift for buyers. Hopefully more customers to load up whilst cheaper.

If it's so 'limiting' for LION it's 'limiting' for the rest of the companies in the same arena, such as Glint. It doesn't seem to be stopping them. Or all the bullion companies out there selling physical gold.

What happens when share prices fall? People buy up more. You can make lemonade from lemons.
