Few thoughts from me.

The partners are currently not recognising the value of the services provided.

Negotiation mat have unfavorable terms.

Longer term incentives may not be enough.

Success seems to be reliant on the major partner.

Not sure the partner wants to go elsewhere.

The long term benefits need to be more focused and recognised for all shareholders.

Director share purchase seems in the past.

Presume this is still an asset and to be concluded?

· Technology Minerals has entered into binding Heads of Agreement with European Lithium to sell 100% of the issued share capital of LRH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Technology Minerals

· LRH is the owner of licences which comprise the Leinster Lithium Project in Ireland (the "Project")

· Consideration of US$10 million to be settled through the transfer to Technology Minerals of US$10 million worth of shares held by European Lithium in Critical Metals Corp (Nasdaq: CRML) ("CRML"), a leading mining company focused on mining critical metals and minerals, calculated at 90% of the closing market price of the shares on the day before the signing of the Heads of Agreement (the "Consideration Shares")

· The Consideration Shares will be locked in and held in escrow until 28 February 2025

They announced a black mass agreement with a India's largest battery recycler, LOHUM. Hopefully that is progressing.

Is the difference not £160,000 between the two sums you have quoted with potential takeover on its way?

I was interested in buying more and holding longer term, but the review and potential removal of the matched bargaining facility is another consideration that this could be withdrawn!

Must be good overall news for Tern, Device Authority and its Azure Technology.

Device Authority was Winner of 2023 Microsoft Rising Azure Technology Partner of the Year.

Within this week’s Economist page 8 below.

Microsoft reported a big jump in revenues, boosted in large part by artificial intelligence, which it is now applying "across every layer of our tech stack", according to Satya Nadella, its chief executive. The company pointed to the success of its Azure Al cloud service which provides access to large and small language models integrated with infrastructure, data and tools. But Microsoft share price dipped as investors fretted about increasing costs of keeping up with Ai developments.

Thanks Trout for explaining that, which makes sense. So when you add nominees % & PG that’s circa 50 % and presume the company owns the remaining? Would the remaining nominees not be worried about buying these shares?

Or they have failed to RNS the position change.
