i don't think the market likes subtlety or ambiguity,i think it likes things spelt out in 10 feet high capital letters. Both the last two RNSs were indeed vital and necessary waypoints for this to move forward but brought no material change in price. I looked at Friday's minor gain with news expected this week and the truth is it was pathetic. Although there was some buying it was hardly a clamour. Those shares could have also been bought earlier in the week for less. So really if these RNSs and PH's road show are not shifting the share price to reflect value then i can only conclude that very unsubtle baldly stated facts are going to get this share price moving north and holding there. Do you really think that we wont get a specific flow rate RNS?

Simon T i'm not an expert on Georgia's oil industry but i am prepared to accept that new technology is releasing previously un recovered oil and gas all over the world. However i was in Pantheon Resources and the word Analogous was used a lot ... turns out the only thing the wells were Analogous too were bowls of sawdust. It does not follow that WR38 or any other of the legacy wells will flow like 16az. If they do then fantastic, but there is a lot of assumption on this board that everything will be 100% with no curve balls or set backs. If it were only that easy. I hold 161,000 of these and would like more but c'est la vie. I just don't like the narrative that this is just going to be perfect because some people say it will and how dare anyone say otherwise. That's delusion.

That's your opinion and it has validity but this is aim and as such rationality does not always count, the share price reflects the sentiment of the vast majority. Its PH who is out there selling the story and is feeding expectation, not that there is anything wrong with that but being aim it has consequences when the instant results doesn't come. That's reflected in the share price. The majority will want an RNS stating the flow rate and if its not four figures there will be in my opinion disappointment. That's the reality of being on aim. He's stated its the best well in Georgia in 50 years and announced very proudly that it flowed as much as 1400 bbls a day turned down to 700 only because of storage restrictions;well he's announced some bloody big storage solutions so i think flow rate is pertinent in this instance.

On the one hand PH must be confident in 16az to do the numbers we are all hoping for because hes been out there talking this up in a big way and hes at it later again today; fair play to him we need new buyers for the share price to do what we all want. On the other no RNS with numbers to support the roadshow is a disappointment. WR38 has been sitting waiting for some time, that's a disappointment. We have six months before GOG can step in and take back the well for their sidetrack. How far down the track can we get in that time, are all the ducks actually lined up and ready to go now? Can Block walk the walk operationally? i certainly hope so but an RNS on 16az confirming its doing what we all want would be a good start!

Hopefully the the next RNS with the flesh on the bones won't be too long coming. In the interview PH was asked what the money raised was for and he said for the back to back programme, no mention of any acquisitions. With the new revenues too come and the money in the bank there will be a significant war chest. Another well like 16az factored in and its clear Block will have some real muscle. PH intimated that they have been working closely with GOG and the Georgian authorities, I don't believe that was just for the storage facilities, i think a bigger picture is brewing.

So i was right to ask the question re production. Incredible to me that people invest their money but would rather clutch at what they would like to be happening than know what really is happening. So much so that to ask the question in a reasonable manner leads to denouncement and insult. Its like a left wing student union debate! You know who you are. I think its taken a long time to do a deal for what must have been existing spare capacity. Lets hope the rest of the programme starts to happen at a quicker rate and we get another well akin to 16az.

So Pinkpanther thinks the well is shut in and Jamesw states repeatedly and often its producing and we are netting 1million a month and the company avoids the question. These are the only facts we have. I will push the company for clarification.

I emailed the company today to confirm whether or not they were actually producing circa 700bbls a day and selling said 700 bbls a day as some seem to believe on here. I got:

AJW, not bashing but you made the statement that Bago were holding things up.Why? as for the rest of my comment its logical to assume that oil and gas finds of the potential magnitude here, on schlumberger's patch and elsewhere are material to the state of Georgia. You said yourself GOG were pulling some strings. hence my comment that Block might have to fit in to a bigger picture. Thats not deramping, thats my speculation as to why no news as of yet. I do hold this stock.

AJW where did the information re Bago holding this up come from? i think Block have caught a tiger by the tail,its too politically important to Georgia to let them do as they please. We're not calling the shots anymore hence the lack of information and delay. Schlumberger still have not released either. A bigger picture is being built and we are just a piece of the jigsaw. Still storage and Norio information should be known by now???
