Great news yesterday... we now know we are getting paid (backdated) and contracts ready to be signed once GPHA/MPS resolve their financial arrangements…

Below was released 4 hours ago and it looks like GPHA have admitted that increases will be needed to meet previous contractual agreements…

“Addressing the forum, the Director-General of GPHA, Michael Luguje said a possible adjustment of container handling charges has become necessary as a result of GPHA’s concession agreement with Meridian Port Service on the Terminal 3 project which has been opened for business since June 2019.

“We needed to at least implement the contractual obligations and there was a need for us to begin to interact earlier than anticipated for us to have to come to an understanding of container handling tariffs so we could move forward with it,” he stated”

Not posted anything in a while as not much to say till a contract gets signed but still fully invested with more shares than I ever thought or would like...

I read this article today that may throw some light as to the reasons for some of the delays and why MPS may be concerned in prioritising other issues first...

It suggest that only 1 scanner out of 4 is up and running although the automated system is still working as it should with a 20 minute turnaround... I guess all 4 will be running by the time it’s fully operational at the end of September... looks like they have issues with congestion but this is for reason other than scanning...

Hi all… I’m currently doing some research on DKE and was hoping someone could help me with below… How do DKE intend to fund the development of these projects? Will it be through development financing? I’ve had a look through their presentation but haven’t found anything that suggests how they plan on financing the development of these sites. Thanks in advance.

All those buys from last Thursday... big money came in now the question is whether or not it is long term investment... you would like to think so with those numbers!!

I viewed it when it came out but has now been removed from the website it was published in also... Very weird...

They have rejected numerous offers for a takeover and rejected all of them on the grounds that they believed they could get better shareholder value...

Guess they really shafted us shareholders!! Learn and move on...

And as I predicted/hoped for... the lender called in the debt to speed up the process of a sale...For a minute I did get worried... Now let's see how good a deal us shareholders get... This has been crazy ride from the beginning and I'm sure it still has a few more twists and turns... Well done to all of those who kept their head high through that barrage of "I told you so" we received this evening. Today shows that we who did our research knew this was 50/50 all along... That yes, there was a possibility of losing all our investment (and gracefully accepted it was possibly looking that way at 3pm) but on the other hand all the fundamentals pointed to possible survival and it's rewards... Let's see what tomorrow brings... GLA

How do they get the company on the cheap?

It could be that travelzest had an offer for itravel2000 and they rejected it as they have done so many times in the past hoping for something better or better finance deal... But LDC feel that offer was good enough and that Travelzest should take it so cut the finance to leave them no choice but to accept it... I just feel there have been so many offers for the company and the board have rejected every single one of them although they have their back to the wall... Why not sell and give some kind of return to shareholders? Why have they been so hard to negotiate?

Our nerve whilst getting extension after extension I hope we get rewarded today... It looks like nobody knows what is going on... I'm holding till the end and enjoying the ride knowing that I could lose all the money invested or get rewarded multiple times!!! GLA
