Easy to look at the resent positive news, harder to figure out the current financial status including one of its assets Trade Flow.
None are expecting a happy balance sheet but If Syme has financial holes, then selling off assets (subsidiaries) can help.
In the worsted scenario then a move to suspend trading might be implemented in order stabilise the company until the sale is finalised and financial correction approved.
Perhaps the trigger for the sale of TF and subsequent news of resignation is not quite as clear as generally perceived.
One thing for certain, the Italian SRL’S would continue to trade in the interim.

PHE Currently limited UK market unless via PEEL. HUI flying the DMG 3rd party flag in the EU add this to a possible conflict of interest in the southern hemisphere. Result, a company dependant on others will always underwrite a lack of confidence.
Don't think I’m on my own being nervous regarding reduction in holdings from the family.
Board Directors shared with HUI & PHE, one seeking out of PHE and another? wanting in.
Announced delays, proposed changes in model direction and scant broadcast communication together with a board which appears detached don’t help.
For better or worse I have added in the lows but often reflect on my initial reasons for investment, which are now more akin to fighting negativity.
That said I’m sticking for now hoping that PI’S are taking dumped stock increasing the 41% holding from last year plus positivity re Peel & Wales remains on schedule.

Most appear to be signing off components. SYME is utilising what’s best described as add on modules which complement Vechain in SYME’S customised phase 2 platform. Pretty sure AZ will want control over the IP so customising offers stronger copyright protection and makes for a fit for purpose build.

Interesting timing for media release. A Subsidiary can be a positive or negative in finance. None know the details of the arrangement between SYME & Tradeflow. I can only surmise that there maybe be clauses by potential partners hence the move from Tradeflow to become independent.

I agree, sadly a lack of responsible reporting backed by informative information from the top leads to scant speculative research, including my own. Classic example of feeding speculation is PNP. Good news for Italy but a practice widely adopted across Europe and the UK for years. I was under the impression that SYME was global player not limited to a boot in the Med.

Syme is on a comprehensive platform rebuild IMO. If correct, no idea on timelines as we have no updates.
