Dow Jones up about 30 per cent from March lows Aviva only up about 10 per cent from March lows if Dow Jones starts retreating back to sub 20000 this dog will get absolutely hammered

The dividend if and when it is reinstated will be rebased hence the lowly share price I think there is no guarantee you will get a dividend this year depending on thelosses regarding coranavirus claims so then we will be looking at a reduced final dividend for 2020 payable June 2021even that is not guaranteed at the moment investing in aviva is like going to the casino and the house always wins

You are right if the board have any decency they would release an rns let the market decide on this but this board cares little about the shareholders we will I suspect have to wait for the update in second half of may until then this share will just drift hope 230p is the floor

OK for now hope it does not come to this but the trend is down for aviva a lot of small investors even big investors will be throwing in the towel even now at these prices to protect losses as it gets disheartening to see the share price fall everyday this week there is nothing to look forward to apart from the update from the board in may we could be 200p by then and even a positive update will only lift the share price about 10p a negative update will send the share price well below 200p

It has finally dawned on me that the coranavirus and aviva were a match made in heaven for the shorters who have targeted aviva

No crystal ball needed the trend for aviva is down small investors medium investors big investors have lost money on this during the last 2 years only people making money are the shorters it is like taking candy from a baby some people and hedge funds have made serious money shorting aviva

Aviva will fall with the ftse100 but not rise with the ftse100 very worrying when the ftse100 had a great day and was up over 100 points aviva barely moved I mentioned this in my previous post that expect it to get hammered if the ftse100 has a bad day sure enough ftse100 has a bad day this dog goes south
