I have no idea what JHI will do in the future, but below was stated in their letter :-

**JHI is a private company and doesn’t trade on any public exchange. If JHI wish to be listed for trading on a public exchange (as Argos was), we would be required to request the return of your share certificate to us for certify or certify that you no longer had them in your possession. This is costly and time consuming process could delay an eventual listing of JHI common shares. Therefore, your original share certificate will be held in the office of our attorney cooperate secretary.**

Certificate, they retain the original at their head office. I have no idea

What is the valuation! Also, I was told, I could buy/sell JHI shares , but it will be done within JHI ….ATB
