It is more likely that if anyone was to buy Eco Atlantic it would be in conjunction to a farm in to Tullow’s ownership of the block.

IJWT - not only is that analysis very much in line with how I see things but don’t forget that reference has been made to two further prospects as part of the Jethro complex that are not yet part of the CPR.

It is also now of huge significance to hear that future elections in Guyana won’t begin until at least March next year. For me the true value lies in the appraisal and further exploration of the complex in the immediate future.

I value the tertiary at, at least £5 in the event of further success. With Exxon keen to increase M&A for early life cycle projects that offer true value, it won’t be long.

Tullow oil drilled the Cormorant-1 well in Namibia in 59% of the time last year. The well was to be plugged and abandoned but my point being, that from Spud they drilled down to a total depth of 3,830 meters subsea in 20 days.

Tullow as operator, have stated on a number of occasions, including at its most recent CMD that in order to maximize their exploration budget, operational efficiencies are extremely important.

With Joe-1 being drilled for 75% of the allotted time by 20:00 tonight, given the drill speed of the above, it not only brings rumors of an oil discovery into play but at this point the old saying of no news is good news goes a long way.

Regardless of who has or hasn’t found oil according to the official from Guyana, the fact remains, it’s yet another discovery. Who wouldn’t want to be involved! It’s going to be significantly bigger than most can comprehend!

I have been doing some research into the physiology surrounding a growing portfolio valuation as whilst the value of the investment has increased the principle of investment remains the same. It was telling that those that were in profit were keen to secure those profits for fear of losing them, but if they were making a loss they would hold onto the stock for a longer period so as not to realise a loss.

My point being, after the initial gains realized following a successful discovery, my research has led me to believe that for those that were invested before the initial discovery with a lower average would see far greater gains during appraisal then during the initial discovery.

However, I also believe with an updated CPR we will not only see a potential increase to recoverable resources but also number of prospects on the block which to my mind makes ECO stand out to earlier exploration companies that would have one or two targets at the most.

As for valuation, I have looked at the broker notes but to date with no technical update on Jethro and Hammerhead which attributes an estimated resource, this task remains impossible, but will provide the next upward catalyst to the share price outside another discovery. I am extremely confident that as with Liza, the Jethro Complex will get bigger and bigger.

I didn’t think a successful discovery would be considered as an oil discovery in the same way hammerhead 2 and 3 wasn’t.

Itsyou, did you take advantage of the dip and buy back? I am pretty sure it was you who disclosed on one of these forums that you had sold but have remained keen to see Eco do well, a trait that can’t often be said for some.

Sunday they Spud so I think it’s 20:00 tonight (roughly), it’s 12 days.

So with no RNS so far, imo last night was an over reaction to political news that many serious investors were already aware of.

Share price movements were made to look worse due to the comparatively illiquid market in Canada, but the MM’s will try and play the same games here but imo with little success by comparison.

For me this just demonstrates what a quality asset we have which will also be backed up by international law and patience is required. Unfortunately this should be expected in this sector.

I have seen various guys who have rightly taken profit and cleared their position in line with their own strategy, as I have noted their names for times like these, which will now be extremely excited by the opportunity of buying back at lower prices.

We are now 13 days or 65% of the way into the drill so the longer this goes on for the higher the probability of a discovery.

If we see the same move in the U.K. with a 20% plus fall and no RNS, the company will be forced into an announcement at the very least. I am scratching my head as to how to raise additional cash to take advantage of this.

Just looked at CGX, AOI share price, no such reaction.

We have Total, Qatar Petroleum and Tullow behind us. At the very least, tomorrow promises to be an interesting day, especially for those that lose their bottle :-)

We know how illiquid the Canadian market is and that the swings are volatile both up and down. With confidence you know that while the reaction to this in the U.K. won’t be positive, it sure as hell won’t be toys out of the pram like Canada.

This is going to be a massive benefit to Eco Atlantic, with emphasis on Guyana, Tullow will be keen to satisfy shareholders and its focus is fully deserved.

I don’t have L2 but the price action over the last few weeks resembles an iceberg order at 160p. L2 would confirm this if limit orders keep replacing filler orders with the same market maker.

Either way I think we breakout very soon with the assistance of higher prices in Canada, let’s see.
