You are clutching at straws there mate, to clear things up JUNO LTD (Bermuda) is not a listed company therefore does NOT have public share holders, it is a "Private investment company" the only shares in issue will be the directors shares (A very nominal value !!!) making sure they have a Limited liability in the event it goes pop, every LTD company has to have some sort of share issue, even if its just 1 share at 0.1p

As you know, as well as I do .......LTD could very well mean 1 share per director at 1p each

Tommy, do some research mate, JUNO Mining has nothing to do with Anglesey mining, the share holder you are referring to is Juno Limited which is a private investment fund based in Bermuda. When research you have to be very specific with the name, Juno LTD (Bermuda) they don't have share holders

Ocelot, is the new listco going to be a totally separate company with ALBA as a major share holder (As I though it was going to be) or is it going to be a subsidiary of ALBA, 2 very different set ups .......(4) At the same time as retaining that upside through its stake in Greenland Listco, Alba would no longer have to meet any of the funding obligations for the Greenland Projects. These are likely to be significant in the medium to long-term, as Greenland Listco seeks the development capital to progress at least one, if not more, of its projects into the development stage and ultimately into production.

Am I missing something? they broke open 1 boulder!!!! .....One boulder clearly showed a multi-stage banded vein reminiscent of epithermal mineralisation. Upon being broken open, a pod of massive sulphide mineralisation was revealed within the central part of the vein. The boulder was sampled and sent for assay, which returned elevated grades of 6.5 g/t and 24.1 g/t Au.

Whoaaaaaa!!!!! who kicked the share price in the nuts, being offered 2.9 to sell and 3.1 to buy, cant see the reason for the drop, 1 large ish sell earlier on, unless there are some unreported DMA trades going through, things are getting dire now , are the BOD really going to run this fantastic asset into the ground?

Interestingly Parys mountain is only 147m high, the bottom of the shaft is 153m ..... over 500ft below sea level
