This is the relevant paragraph:

"The Lancaster EPS is currently producing from the 205/21a-6 well at a rate of approximately 10,300 bopd. The Company plans to increase this rate incrementally, to determine its maximum sustainable level. This process will result in a period of production substantially below forward guidance of net 18,000 bopd and Hurricane is therefore suspending previous full year guidance of net 17,000 bopd. Production has averaged 15,500 bopd year to date."

The length of the period of production below guidance is not specified and should not be read as meaning the whole of 2020.
OGA monthly reports and tanker offloads will provide information on the extent of the incremental ramp up.

The announcement that the ESP's have not been commissioned reminded me of a post by someone claiming to have news on their forthcoming commissioning . I have now found it:

HUR is planning to develop a massive new field so why would it not be in their sights.
Why would discussion boards be immune from their activities. Apart from the usual suspects look at those who continually belittle and undermine.

This was mentioned in the Q&A and I am surprised it hasn't been commented on previously.
Something else mentioned in the Q&A is that the "data room" is open to the industry, and it would be interesting to know whose been sniffing.

The current spot price is just over $35.

There is nothing harsh in my comment and it was not intended as a personal criticism of the poster who made the quoted comment. It was intended to highlight the reasons why, in my opinion the sp dropped 50% in the course of the next two months. Kerogens sale was unfortunate and is a possible contributor to the undermining of investor confidence which cannot be denied but not the main cause. The sp was 50p just before the announcement on 17th July but continued to hold in a range of 40-47.5p through to the end of November when it was 46.4p, just 0.01p below the price that Kerogen sold at. During the last 4 months of the year there was a sustained campaign on this and other bulletin boards to undermine confidence in the company. The Warwick West result triggered the fall but only because investors had already been spooked by the campaign. Investors suddenly became blind to the fundamental value in the Lancaster EPS. I have good reason to believe that it was heavily invested pi's either selling out 100% or at least substantially downsizing their holdings that caused the fall. I do not believe there was any substantial selling by the institutional holders and in fact it seems they were caught out by the fall. Anyone remember AS.

This confirms my view as to what killed the sp in December last year. Too many pi's got the jitters.
