MOU-1 if you state that that was a duster then you are opening yourself to a libel case because it has been recorded as a "discovery".

Communications with ONHYM had to be passed and there were political considerations with their neighbours that made releases difficult and adversely effected the share price. It was never recorded as a duster and has been recently upgraded.
