Hi All, I am getting a call from Align tomorrow morning so hopefully he will have some good news about the EGM so has anyone any helpful suggestions as to what questions I should ask so we can decide one way or another who to back Align or Trew, Regards DM

Hi, you must be new on here as the Moz Court has had the opportunity for as you say "Clearing up for the end of the year " since 2012 so how long more do you want to give them ???, the sooner we have the EGM and get a new CEO the better ?? as I said before you can give the board just so much time but if they cannot sort the problem let someone else have a go, or do you want to wait another 7 years ?? I am all for jumping on any wagon that goes my way ???, so if Align want to line there pockets why should we care as we will all get the same, after all NT has now been lining his pockets for over 7 years and all we get is dilution, so I say let the EGM decide, Regards DM

Hi Cash2 and everyone, here is the lates email I had from Align on the 26/Feb: Gentlemen Attached is a link to our statement put out this morning re PFP and which makes crystal clear that we have been lead a merry dance by Trew and Bellingham, certainly for the last 5 months and most likely longer - http://www.alignresearch.co.uk/pathfinder-minerals/times-up-for-pathfinder-minerals-nick-trew-henry-bellingham/ There has been a whole plethora of further info that is, in our opinion, damning on current management that has come light in the last week as we have liaised with the General�s representatives. I expect we will have to call the EGM as Trew and Bellingham have a lot to lose reputationally now. I will be in touch with the EGM requisition form in the next week together with proposed executive replacements and a hoped for written representation from the counterpart in the dispute � Pathfinder Mozambique of their desire to finally resolve this for all parties benefit with new management. Now that sounds like a good plan, so lets all get behind Align and hope that they can do what the say OK, Regards DM

Hi Cash2, yes this what I have been saying now for weeks ??, when everyone else was backing NT, so at last we can all get together and get this Company back in business, after all Aligns interests are same as our interests, get the Licences back and a SP that reflects the true value of this company, Regards DM

Hi Realist, How can you say """"" I dont believe his stewardship of this needs to be called into question.""""" it was on his watch that all this S**T happened ??? and what has he done about it in the last 7 years sodall, and only diluted the potential by at least 50% so dont pee on my leg and say it is raining, he has had ample time to do something to sort this but what has he done ?? nothing except keep drawing his very nice salary, so for me the sooner Align have this EGM and elect a new CEO the better, after all no one can do worse than NT even Homer Simpson would do better Huh, Regards Dm

Hi Longandwrong,, we were all sure the deal was done last year when the framework was presented ?? which we all expected it to be signed in a matter of weeks ?? so why has it not been signed ?? if it was presented but not signed and maybe returned to clarify something ? then we should have been informed, and again on representing ?? but again nobody has said anything, so patience is one thing but taking the PI** is something else so sooner we have a new CEO the better for all concerned SH ?? unless you want to wait another 5or 6 years, ok you might say a new CEO will not make any difference ?? but do you want to stake your Holding on it ?? i dont, Regards DM

Hi,I have nothing against NT as I do not know him or have any way of chatting to him, so what really concerns me is what is the position between him and the General and if this is what is holding up the deal, after all as they say actions speak louder than words ??? so how long have we been in this position ?? since 2011 now that is 6 to 7 years ?? so really I think we have been too patient, so now is the time to give someone else a chance, after all Align's reason is exactly the same as ours ie Licences back and getting this Mine into production and of course huge increase in SP, so lets give someone new a chance, Regards All DM

Hi, even if just the treat of a EGM might get things moving, and Nick has only himself to blame by not been more forthcoming with news even if there was nothing concrete to say he could just advise every now and then that he was still pushing ?? just to keep the SH happy, also I have just had a look at Align's Holding and from what I can see they only hold 7M shares ( I have more than that) so surely they cannot be one of the largest holders ?? so unless they have backing from some other large holders I cannot see how they will depose Nick ?? Hi all, I am now not sure which way to vote ??, as Align does make a good argument ? ie new blood etc, but it would be nice to hear from Nick to hear his side, but if there is a personalty clash between Nick & General then that is a very good reason for a change !!, after all he has had years to sort this out but has not, and since last year we have been waiting for the completion of the Out of Court Settlement, which we all thought was done ??? but nothing has happened and no news to say what is happening, so PLEASE Nick lets us know asap before you are out of a job, and if I do not hear very soon from Nick I will be backing Align ??, Regards DM

Hi Everyone, I think this waiting is hard on everyone so lets try and stay cool I am sure if there was any news good or bad Nick would let us all know straight away ??, so while negotiations or whatever is going on all we can do is wait, I am almost certain that we are waiting for the General to sign what ever they had agreed on Months ago and he is just dragging it out for what ever reason, so again just be patient ? and we will all be celebrating sooner than we think, Regards DM

Yes about �15K buys against �1,2K sells so somebody knows something !!! as normally down on a Friday ??, so lets hope it is the big one and by monday all will be forgiven and the general will be one of us ??, GLA, DM
