Just a rough calculation 183M shares equates to approx £2M so if I am correct the General has got a very good deal, as his Original stake which the UK courts made him sell was £100K approx ?? but I am not complaining as it will be worth it just to get our Licences back ?? Regards DM

Hi Goldminer, Thanks for that link, so now we have the 414M listed on two sites so why not here yet, so looks like this confirms that the deal has been done with the General and his partners for at least 183M shares, so when the RNS's come tomorrow all will be clear ???? GLA and Happy 2018, DM

Looks like the Suspension ended yesterday (Sat)??, so hopefully the SE has OKed the RNS to be released on Tuesday when to SE reopens ?? so lets hope that is the end of the long long wait, so GLA Regards DM

Still no indication who the extra 183M shares are for and still saying here 228m and not 411m, just saw the latest RNS and thought this was it but no just some shares changing ownership, but I am still saying before Xmas so hang on in there, it will be worth the wait, DM

Yes that would do nicely, well lets not be greedy even a half a bagger would be a very nice reward for waiting this long, lets see if todays extra shares drag the sp down,so GLA, DM

Sorry I do not agree, if you do the sums we have diluted the shares by almost 50% in the last couple years ( 127m in 2016 to 227m shares in Dec 2017 MC £2m) to keep the company going and the sp has remained fairly solid, so when we get the good news we should see a MC of at least £100M and more likely £200M !! at least that is what I am hoping for ??, Regards DM

I have just worked out that the Placing has diluted our shares by 8% approx so that will drop our pre price of 1.3p down to 1.1p or even 1.0p by the 15/dec when they are entered, am I right ??, but hopefully it we can keep all the new holders then that will support our current price around 1.3p and MC of �2m, so anyway lets keep our nerve as the big news has got to bee very soon ?? and hopefully before Xmas, GLA, DM

Hi Goldminer, Thanks for clarifying, my excuse is I have only been in this one for a couple of years, and all I knew was what I heard on here, people saying the prices of the Minerals which they will produce have gone up around 30% since 2011, so again Thanks and lets all hope your prediction is correct and we all get rich !!!
