Hi Inv I would say a least 6 to 8 weeks, as they will have a lot of arrangements etc to do before they all get together in MOZ and then sit down and hammer out a deal that we can all live with, but saying that the soon er the better, GLA,, Regards DM

Hi LG how can RB disclose any details before they are negotiated ??? at least he will have the two options Courts and Gen & DC, so he is bound to get one, whereas the BOD have only got the Moz Court ??, Regards DM

Hi LG, yes we all know they the BOD were talking but it was the Board that said they were now no longer talking ??? so that closes off that avenue, and you cannot separate DC from the General as they are both owners of PFSA so what ever deal is done has to be with both parties ??. Yes I know the MOZ court can rule at anytime but how long can you wait for that so far it has been 7 years, dont get me wrong If I thought the MOZ court would rule in our favour in the next year then I would stick with the current board as that way all it would have cost us is some Lawyers fees, but can you really see that happening ??? I cannot so I think our best chance is to do a deal with the PMSA, Regards DM

Hi LG, if there was the remotest chance of the Current Board getting the Licences back do you not think they would have by now ????, after all they have had over 7 years to do it, so really their only concern is their very nice Salaries, so I say if you want A 10 bagger Vote for new blood it is the only way you will ever have a chance of getting one, Regards DM

Hi GM, what I was referring to was with that salary for over 10 years he could have bought a lot more shares, and do we know exactly how many he did buy ?? and how many he just gave to himself as a bonus etc, so what I was saying he does not need the shares to increase for him to make a killing. As Trew said The Gen etc will not and are not negotiating with them any more, ( and we do not really know if they ever were) so all the BOD can now do is wait for the Moz Courts ??? which would be best for everyone as it would not cost us very much ??? but even Trew could not wait forever so it was he who decided to try and do a deal with the Gen and Co and now as he said that is no longer an option ?? so all the BOD can do now is wait for the MoZ Courts, whereas Align have still got both options and with new People a better chance of getting a deal sooner rather than later, Regards DM

Hi, have you noticed Trew an Bel have been drawing full Salary all the time and only now have they halfed it ??? with Align's pressure, so for the last 7 years when PFP was earning nothing Trew was Paying Himself �150K PA so Multiply that by 7 + �1,050,000 and then he tells us he holds 9.4% of the PFP shares so with a very nice salary like that his shares are just jam on his cake ?? so all he is interested in is keeping the gravy train going as long as possible and if PFP goes under he will not be worried about his few shares ??? being worth nothing as he will have robbed us all of our hard earned cash, Regards DM

Yes at last, sooner we get rid of the BOD the sooner we will get our Licences back, but if you want to wait another 7 or 10 or 20 years then keep the board ???? are you nuts ??/ if the BOD had any honour they would step aside and let someone else have a go???, after all if you failed your Driving Test ever year for the last 7 would you not think about changing your instructor, as they say it is not Rocket Science it is just Common Sense???, Regards DM

Yes GM, I 100% agree with you, we definately have a better mine than kenmare and with the World prices on a high and going higher we can easly have a Market cap over �150m so lets hope Align and this EGM cad do a deal and get the Licences back asap, so GLA, Regards DM

Hi Goldminer, it is only the BOD that can put out RNS's and you are right they did say a framework was agreed and all that was need was both parties to sign it ???? so we are still waiting for the General to sign ??? so now looking back it looks like the BOD lied, Regards DM
