Id say the short period for Strike to make a bid is 24 to 48 hours. They had 2 months so either make an offer or go down like purple ,i thinl both need to take drastic actions since rates have gone up and the market is frozen .

MN76 ,sale of the business and assets will be below the share price but any cash or receivables ie pay now pr pay later isnt icluded in that price. Normally the seller retains any cash or cash receivables.

Auson ,i have been invested in 2 companies last 3 years ,Attis to HE1 and Beacon .The cost of listing on Aim can be around £5m .Thats a saving of £5 m for strike if they wished to list ,but thatd just a listing cost ,they have to take into consideration a business thats burning away x amount of cash

Best thing to do in a situation like this where the rot has set and bidders turn to vultures is to set a deadline ,probably 3 days longest for the best bid .Either bid or do one .
