Grill...I'm not a legal expert and I haven't seen the full text, but is it written that effectively management need to make best efforts to get the approvals and if they don't get them then the noteholders cant' elect to take the interest in shares...or is it that if the approvals aren't in place then the restructuring agreement is void / or some other penal clauses kick in? Apologies it's unclear to me. If it's the former, then MH making best efforts to get approvals makes sense and for us to say no. If it's the latter then we likely will need to say yes...depending on what the penalties are.

Downorup...this is not sensitive information - this is at best more colour to existing information. Anybody can contact any company and ask questions. If you're a shareholder you've got a chance they'll respond. If you're a larger shareholder there's a likelihood of a response with that response possibly adding more colour.

On the point about the company being unable to honour the commitments...I disagree. It just makes it a more laborious route to honour those commitments where they have to give us pre-emptive rights...I presume if we exercise those rights, they then have cash to pay the interest. It's more likely that they have to approach and ask us. Assume most of us say we don't want to exercise our rights and subscribe to the shares, then they continue with issuing equity directly to pay for the interest cost.

NYforever...he took 1hr 15 to respond to my mail, so clearly you're higher up the food chain! He highlighted that they did take note of the AGM result and hence came back with the resolutions split into 2 with specific purposes for each resolution. They also lowered the amount they asked to be able to issue. In my email I told him we specifically want the pre-emption rights to force mgmt to talk to the shareholders when it does any equity issuance...and currently I'm minded to keep them at this stage. It's not that I expect to use any pre-emption rights on those issuances...it's to make sure though that they have to talk to us and keep us informed.

My suggestion to him if he wanted no pre-emption rights was to change the resolution to put a minimum issue price that needs to be achieved if they want to avoid pre-emption. If he works hard and successfully increases the share price above the minimum, then he has freedom to issue the shares he wants. I put 2p as the minimum knowing that was cheeky but the point is it needs to be at a reasonable price which is at a significant premium to current and in my mind that's 1.2-1.5p or so.

Maidit… I have over 7m shares. I’ll likely vote no. I will also try engage with the company beforehand. I get that I have a larger holding but there are others on this board and other chat groups with much larger holdings at last count. 100m is within reach.

I think successful CAR-T that consistently doesn't trigger a damaging cytokine response is the other option. There are plenty of variants of CAR-T being developed by plenty of different scientists as I understand...but most (not sure if it's all?) of them fail I think. The game is still open for someone to get it right...we're hoping that's HEMO.

Brewsky - how long have you been following the chat? My memory of 12 months or so ago through to around 6 months was that the rampers had control of this board and anyone who tried to bring in reason / sensibility was a deramper and burnt at the stake. It used to be common here to hear "no doubt...guaranteed...certainty" etc etc. All particularly daft things to say about a biotech risk share. News for everyone that shouldn't be...HEMO is still a high risk biotech share. It has multiple potential products candidates, sure...but it's still high risk. Every one of them could fail. But what we're hoping for is one and if we dream big, maybe two to be successful and for us to not be diluted to hell or bought for peanuts before that happens.

My additional few cents (having actually been in the share 5 years and watching this board for a reasonable while). I'm optimistic on HEMO, but my view is it will take a couple more years before we see real value...and we only have funding for a year or so, so expect further dilution unless some deals get pulled out of the bag.

If you want to see those calling out negative spin more recently...go look at the spat between Badger and JHFH on ADVFN...although I think even that's maybe a little dated now. Pumpky tends to throw in the negative views here to counter the one-eyed blindly optimistic folks who post. I appreciate Pumpky for that as there is a level of sensibility, consistency and appropriateness to that position. I've blocked the George's of the world on here and others who were over the top and intentional in their negativity...although I have no idea whether they're still around - I don't look here that often any more as it is a sh.t show.

On Lunus...he's banned from LSE I think. His intentions were good, and he implies he has intel / insight, but he's been very wrong repeatedly in the past and is still claiming the same intel. It's your own choice if you want to believe it or not. Anyone can easily pick up the phone and talk to PeterHouseCapital - they're nice people. I would also claim insight from my convo's with others connected to HEMO outside of PHC, but I've learnt that even insights that are signposted as immediate...well they tend to take 6 months or longer to happen...and that's if they do happen. ie I take it all with a pinch of salt. I supported Lunus when he was sensibly +ve on HEMO...I'll listen to anyone who is sensible on HEMO...+ve or -ve. But what's been posted on twitter recently though by him and his crew - as a flavour just to make Pumpky laugh..."35c by year-end is my target" (apologies I'm blocked so can't see anymore which puppet said that)...while posting ramping spin on a CDX deal and the like...well that is past my tolerance level.

Seems I'm now blocked by Lunus on Twitter as I called him and his crew out on their OTT ramping. Pumpky...I'm in your world now.

Is it me or do they convert the share price into USD the wrong way on Slide 2? End June SP was around 0.67-0.69 I thought.

I remain skeptical in pretty much anything on CDX. Am looking forward to being proven wrong, but seeing suggestions that globalco will pays us money upfront when we are trying to license their IP from them last I heard means either I've missed some new development completely, or people are picking the history they remember.

The_Linns...any thoughts from you? No information on the 15 day workplan for the workovers when we're I think double or triple that. My core concern on Martin is his lack of operational experience...I believe his financial experience was useful in the bond restructuring but that doesn't count on the operational side. It appears very naive to have gone out indicating a 15 day workplan if it was unlikely and difficult to achieve. Quoting specific days is never really a good idea unless there is very strong certainty. To then go silent leaves us pondering how difficult things really are or how messed up things are. Or is he just on holiday so isn't working...

Look to the Chairman for that. But…does occur to me how quick Vlad was to tout shareholder gains last year. Now it’s about the medicine, science and saving lives and the share price will follow.

Hedge...you're one of the old guard here. So am I and you know that. I don't post much nowadays as patience is required and you dont get it on this board. I'd bucket you and Sentinel as trolls for your your aggressive and poor responses. I hold 3.5mn shares, so don't accuse me of being a deramper. I think Vlad has ****ed things up and is a poor leader who doesn't listen to his advisers. They don't advise him on the science, just the stuff that they know about . He is a good scientist though, and I'm backing the science to ultimately prevail. Your attack on 75 year old (?) Didso who has been quite open in his thinking is ridiculous as it is a poor reflection on you both.

If you wanted to add my 7.5mn shares to any motion to put pressure on Martin, feel free. I think that gives us over 5% of the company. Standard rules I think mean >5% and we can force the directors to call a general meeting - unless ECHO's articles of association change the number required.

The_Linns - a good email, capturing the thinking. I'll add my 7.5mn shares to yours in any pressure you want to put on Martin to lift his head above the parapet. That's over 5% of the company I think and I'd wager a lot of the remaining 95% of the company aren't saying they don't want PR.

thevid...when I first bought Hemo the revenue opportunity on the mice was touted. That's 4 years ago or so. There's been bugger all evidence of this revenue stream despite Vlad standing in front of me suggesting good revenues. So I don't believe it exists in any substantial form. I do agree that the mice may help us prune options and give us a better / quicker chance of picking the right product candidates. Only time will tell.

Tilly...ditto. Have added 4 times I think over the last week or so. Nice analogy on middle versus bottom drawer. Think it will be a while before 3 or 4 bags becomes realistic, but hopefully there is some short term recovery, and as you said...they're in the bottom drawer so long term.
