Just ignore the noise, 11million shares changed hands yesterday - a lot of them will have been to fickle short term traders who just want a quick buck. They will have set stop losses that will be triggered all the time, investors will likely have stayed away yesterday to let the fickle traders get in and out and will start buying in on the pullback - next week(s) will be a better indicator of market sentiment on the results.

Yep, just enough ambiguity in everything to allow it to bounce on whims - if one is trading then good luck timing the peaks and troughs, for holders - walk away and ignore the rampers and the shorters and come back in the New Year to take a peek

That is for each customer project - there was no detail on this year's start-up cost capital requirements - as in funding office space - recruiting the team and paying them. Likely comparatively small change but still required information. A heads-up on pipeline discussions happening would have been nice too with an indication of how many prospects and what potential capacity. It was still a bit light on detail for me.

Well the sp is now back to the recent average it should never have gone below - let's see what happens next

It shouldn't - it was in last year's guidance - if they're surprised they didn't read it and if they don't understand the legacy contracts - they need another job

We were asking the same question then HairyDavy - at least one of us got answered which is all that matters. I look forward to hearing back from whoever the lucky ticket holders are who get the factory tour - I'd love to go but not practical for me, so I'll wait for the feedback

No - it is a load of twaddle - it isn't "lucky the last guy raised a load of cash", it was raised to fund expansion as they moved into delivery (a new factory etc) - it is being used to expand the business delivery capability and run-off the non-profit making contracts. An accounting loss at the same time as more cash in bank than was forecast is not something to get spooked by.

Fair enough - I agree it is a no-hype update but that is good from my perspective - some nice steady 2-3%/day gains would be enough for me out to year end - rather than a hype bubble followed by an over-correction - but what the market chooses them market does.

I think I must be being a bit befuddled this morning - I'm not getting your point AATH? I don't interpret guidance as news per se but maybe that is just me, it is a forecast.

I think demonstrating stability is strategically much better than trying to whip up excitement - strangely, it is the stability that excites me, go figure.

This is results - there shouldn't be new news, that came yesterday and hopefully more contract wins will be announced in coming days/weeks as HAR1 gets firmed up.

Revenue and contract backlog now good

Factory utilisation improving and quality now excellent

Based on last year the cash burn guidance is better than last year which was beaten so we can expect an update to the guidance through the year

EBITDA loss continues to reduce as they shift to profitable contract delivery (and is lower than analyst consensus of £31 and we can expect that it has been realistically set)

I agree that makes sense - my issue is that it is speculation and the high-level plan at least should have been available shortly after the announcement.

Unfortunately the JV partner that was in the stable that it made the most sense to explore it with, threw their toys out of the pram a couple of weeks ago.

Everything else is looking good and I've put a mince pie and glass of sherry out already for this evening - but that it my one fly in the ointment even though I know it makes a lot of sense and provides hydrogen with no customer capital outlay and with no commodity risk to ITM (which was my issue with becoming a producer in their own right) - but it is a significant bit of information that should be available to investors.

I also want to know how much the seed funding is from ITM and where the capital is coming from for delivery - will it be backed by loans etc or come out of the cash pile?

Just look at what the analysts were forecasting when the share price was around 600p to judge how useful they are.
