here’s a bit of bangla bull****e propaganda for you……the backside has dropped out of the june remittance so far compared to the previous months so i tell you what let’s do an article on the previous 11 months and ramp it up……..the fact is june is waay down on previous months and if this is a new trend because of us tariffs and war they will be in big trouble?

The industrial sector in Narayanganj has been grappling with a prolonged gas crisis. On Saturday (June 21), the Chairman of Petrobangla (Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation) Md. Rezanur Rahman and the Managing Director (MD) of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, Shahnewaz Parvez, visited the area. Due to the acute gas shortage in Araihazar upazila of Narayanganj, production in over a hundred industrial factories has collapsed, with several already shutting down operations. Factory owners are facing severe financial losses, and they allege that this crisis has persisted for nearly three years.

Morning gp….indeed there is a lot of talk about energy security and rightly so…..ADB has just thrown $350mln bucks at the bangla power to help them along,have a guess how long that will last when bangla spends around $504bln a year on spot lng to supplement depleted reserves in the country….and it’s gone up about 10% in last couple of weeks!!…….they are burning through cash like it’s going out of fashion

Talk about chasing your tail🙄……I can assure Fouzel installing bloody solar panels on govt buildings paid for with loans from the ADB is not going to get the country out of the dire situation it is facing……..all it is doing is using the cash from the loans because that’s what the loans were authorised for……the gas is drying up,there is NO private investment coming into the country and all these cuckoo ministers are doing is going round in circles as long as they don’t step outside that green circle smiler is happy……..wasted time,energy and money

Focusing on the power sector, he noted the growing reliance on imported LNG due to declining domestic gas reserves, which requires significant government subsidies.

Imagine the bungs on $20bln of finance……

LNG up 44% yoy and edging towards all time highs……the strain on the Bangladesh economy that is coming as they now buy in the spot market will be a killer……domestic coal feeding the super pits will save money and be better for the environment,it will never really dent the gas resources needed but it will provide a massive financial assistance by improving the country’s gdp etc….that saved money and employment can go a long way over the next 20yrs to get the country on its feet……
