Appraise the jurassic... huge numbers ,could be x3 current Resources or more

These will cost just c$2.5m to PRD to drill

Lets look at what we have so far....

MOU 1 - 10m & 12m

MOU 3 - shallow 11m & 11.5m & 43m MOU fan

MOU 4 - 50m & 12m & 2m

total 151.5m ..

if they tested all sands (not including any 1m thin sands, i've presumed these not to be tested)

LAM 1 in the Rharb basin flowed @ 1.9mmcfgpd from just a thin 1m sand

using LAM 1 well flow test would result in 287.85mmcfgpd x 5.6 times $292m but CNG has capacity for 50mmcfgpd, (CNG 50mmcfgpd = $292m gross revenues per year)

hence PG comment on Friday we have too much gas so will be G2P..

Strategic objective to demonstrate a potential gas field production profile of between 150 to 250 mm cfgpd

 In response to industry interest in respect of the Guercif gas opportunity based on latest operation update

. Industry interest in any future participation in the Guercif gas project has referenced an EXPORT option to Europe should Guercif gas resources be proved up more quickly by additional drilling.

The Company believes that a target gas production profile of 150 to 250 mm cfgpd will be required in order to create the potential for winter-focussed gas sales of surplus Moroccan gas into the European market. The MOU-1 and MOU-2 structure is in close proximity to the Mahgreb gas pipeline (less than 5 kilometres away) creating the infrastructure link to a potential European gas market. As a licence operator the Company has rights of access to the Maghreb Gas Pipeline subject to regulatory approval. A potential tie-in access point is within the Company's licence area.

but the interesting thing now is the new process for testing...

sandjet perforating tool is expected to increases communication between the reservoir and the wellbore and allows for multiple perforations in thinly bedded reservoirs that would otherwise too costly to consider perforating by conventional methods.

this is was the previous guidance about MOU 1 testing...

With the Sandjet perforating option an additional zone in MOU-1 can now be added to the MOU-1 rigless testing programme. This will test an interval of 45 metres with good background gas readings and low gas saturations based on NuTech log analysis within a gross interval of at least 300 Metres

so we will test a much bigger gross interval.....

You do know we had gas throughout the drill over 1100m , 300m to 1400m

not just shallow but in the primary target of the MOU fan

You do know the MOU fan is going to test 43m of sands, gas interval around 1400m

My post was to demonstrate how undervalued we may be even on 10% NPV10, which is a marker I personally like to use at the early stage of a discovery

Also I was highlighting the upside from buying in now with the upcoming programme which will narrow the deficit from mkt valuation to NPV10 as we move from explorer through appraising the discovery into feasibility and development stage

To conclude

I believe we have just 39BCF priced in on potentially 1.6TCF or 1600BCF finds to date (my numbers please crunch the numbers yourselves) with upside from appraisal of the jurassic at 4.84TCF or 4840BCF +

I like to Value stocks in the exploration stage @ a conservative 10% NPV ,offering lots of upside as they move from explorers to producers

Difference here we know the company are not looking to become producers, but looking to sell Morrocoo

PG has stated it won't be based on market valuations but industry values

If we look at the current mkt cap vs NPV10 for G2P as yesterday we were told we had "to much gas" for CNG , G2P $1.99m NPV10 per BCF

Current mkt cap £62m

62 / (1.99 x .8 )=

Just 39 BCF priced in

So value creation incoming...

Potentially the buyer has CNG business ready to go with gross revenues of $292m per year from 50mmscfd

Then G2P previously mentioned 250mmscfd through the export pipeline

Over pressured basin

Close to infrastructure with the export pipeline

Numerous follow on prospects a leads

All adds up to a very sort after asset

If we were to say a conservative 1TCF net to PRD from what we have drilled

1000 x (1.99x .8) =

£1.59 billion

10% = £159m

So as it stands 150% upside to 10% NPV G2P on 1TCF

1.6TCF = £254m NPV10 offering 300% upside from current levels to just 10% NPV10 G2P

But activities will quickly move and RNS of jurrasic appraisal would re rate the shares based on the size of the prize

Multi TCF I estimate 4.5TCF +

So with the jurassic deraisked from MOU4 offers investors to buy in at an early stage

4500 x (1.99 x 0.8) =

£7.1 bn

Again 10% NPV10 would be

£710m

Which is some x12 current mkt cap

And this wouldn't be exploration would be appraisal, high COS

Then any buy out would be further multiples to those new levels
