It’s genuinely shocking that the Board of Directors at Helium One have opted for total radio silence while the share price has been in freefall. Investors are left wondering – what exactly are they doing on a day-to-day basis? Simply sitting back and waiting for the Tanzanian government to arrange a signing ceremony cannot possibly be the entirety of their role.

Surely there must be other activities, progress updates, or areas of operational focus that could be communicated to reassure shareholders. Transparency and proactive engagement are the bare minimum when confidence is collapsing – silence only fuels doubt.

As far as i can gather the published timescales & key milestones are below however a RNS would be great to let us know where we are.

1. ESP Testing Scheduled for Q4 2025

Helium One plans to commence further testing at Southern Rukwa in Q4 2025 by re-entering the ITW-1 well and deploying an Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) to enhance helium flow rates

2. Early Production System (EPS) Development Plan — Q4 2025 to Q3 2026

According to the June 2025 Competent Person's Report (CPR) by Sproule ERCE: Drilling of five production wells is slated to begin in Q4 2025, utilizing a ready-to-deploy onshore rig. Each well is expected to take 4–6 weeks, completed sequentially

The Early Production Facility (EPF) is projected to come online in Q3 2026, at which point all five wells should be ready for production.

The shocking ineptitude of this BOD and especially HE1's commercial director really has taken the biscuit.

Share price collapsing daily and we hear absolutely nothing from them...only happy that they have secure some mugs to fund their lifestyles for another 12 months.

So basically,HE1 is using this ‘conversion’ scheme to wipe out debt at the expense of retail shareholders. Institutional investors get to pocket massive profits by converting at a rock-bottom price, while ordinary shareholders are left diluted and screwed. Classic move—cleaning up the balance sheet for the big players while retail bears all the pain.

Just sold by retail offer shares. Up £1200 ish on deal.

Debated long and hard whether to wait but a bit top heavy in HE1 with those so decided it will pay for a trip to The Arsenal

It just seems utterly ;ludicrous that this can be announced ahead of a conversion date which can do nothing but drive the price down. Surely it should be based on the average price in the 10 days prior to them making this announcement.

Then again this is AIM and only those who get the nod and access to the FS from the BOD are the ones who are making money. Retail investors taken for fools as usual.

Helenptp. This will only rise when

a) The ML is formally signed and ceremony undertaken

b) They finally issue the full feasibility study instead of sharing it with institutional investors and hiding from retail investors

c) They have secure routes to funding, off-taking and /or JVs

d) Galatica starts producing revenue

But I am not expecting a multi-bagger..just a slow positive climb and learning to bite my tongue during these normal AIM dips

Further dilution instead of bank loans, funding through mates who have clearly seen information that retail investors have been denied.

Actually the June 25 RNS said

Feasibility Study

"The Company will be in a position to release details of the FS upon formal award of the ML and execution of all associated agreements."

So my guess is that "all associated agreements" have not yet been executed.

It’s normal for LSE-listed mining companies to publish feasibility study results, as they’re considered material to investors. I realise that, if a study isn’t yet public, it could be due to timing, commercial sensitivity, or the company being privately held. It’s just a question.

Why hasn’t HE1 released the feasibility study to shareholders yet, when they’ve just announced £10 million in private funding? If the private investors have seen the study to commit such a large sum, why are shareholders still being kept in the dark? What’s the real reason for this secrecy?

The HE1 share price bounces up and down like a tart’s knickers—never quite knowing where it’ll land next! With such a wide spread (fnarrr) , I guess this is mostly just about whether the last transaction is classified as a buy or a sell. Is it fair to say this kind of fluctuation will continue until we get some substantive news?

That about sums up HE1 at the moment.

Should have no major impact and just an obligation to the warrant holder. It's only an increase of 0.66% (1.22m out of ~186.3m), so the dilution effect is minimal / negligible
