Basically the article says..if everything goes well the share price will rise. If everything goes badly the share price will fall. otherwise it will stay the same.

Either the ML is imminent or this is a requirement introduced by the TG team as part of the ML evaluation.

Of course there are buys and sells but they are primarily driven by algorithms and market makers. if you do not understand that I suggest you get out as quick as you can.

Why did it take til the AGM for HE1 to confirm that the reason that the FS was not released was due to deference to the TZ Govt.

I have been asking that question not only on here but directly to HE1 and it was never answered.

This is my issue with HE1..their communications are poor and they need to either sack their PR team or maybe actually get one.

There is no way that Schlumberger would accept shares in lieu of cash unless they know that there is a massive upside and as they are in the know then this is extremely positive news.

ML news must be getting close which along with more details of just how commercial they see Rukwa plus details of financing should make it clearer to LTHs when some positive returned may become due.

1. Best case scenario: highly commercial, JV, Farm-out or Loans in place = SP boom

2. Worse case scenario: Still commercial but another placing needed = SP will drop and then recover in longer term

Helium One has made a groundbreaking discovery of an estimated 98.9 billion cubic feet (bcf) of helium in Tanzania, marking a major development amid the global helium shortage and rising demand for the gas.

This discovery is particularly significant given the growing concerns over the dwindling global supply of helium.

Lorna Blaisse, CEO of Helium Global, expressed optimism about the results, highlighting the encouraging presence of both helium and hydrogen encountered during deeper drilling into the well.

The company is now moving into the next phase, which involves preparing the wellbore for the installation of slotted casing and cementing it in place. Following that, the team will run a completion string to facilitate multiple tests of two distinct zones.

Blaisse also noted that the re-drilling process revealed a continuous presence of both helium and hydrogen, with the levels being notably higher than those found during Phase II drilling.

The exceptional conditions of the ITW-1 well, which allowed the team to re-enter an additional 168 meters into the fractured basement, played a crucial role in reaching a total depth of 1,129 meters.

According to a 2024 report by GlobalData, the discovery of these helium and hydrogen reserves in Tanzania could play a pivotal role in addressing the global supply gap, providing a new source of these crucial gases for industrial and scientific use.

Not sure if the 98.9 bcf is pure helium based on the known concentration levels. If it is then value at today's price is circa $50bn, if not then roughly $2.2bn

Helium One investors are a bit like the Black Knight from *Monty Python and the Holy Grail*—defiant to the end, no matter how much the market batters them. You'd think after each RNS, with the price dropping like limbs in a medieval duel, they'd take the hint. But no! Each setback is met with a rallying cry of "Tis but a scratch!" as they cling to hopes of helium riches that seem to drift ever further away.

With every obstacle—a disappointingly drafted RNS, more dilution —they remain undeterred, convinced that helium’s magic windfall is just around the corner. When the stock hits rock-bottom, they just double down, steadfast as ever: "I've had worse!" they exclaim. I will be the first to sing her praises if the pending ML RNS results in the SP going sustainably positive but that will only happen if there is more clarity of the commercial potential (with all the required caveats) and, of course, future funding.
