LB and the Board clearly do not care about retail investors. Despite repeated requests here, on social media and a few I know that have written directly to ask if and when the Feasibility Study will be released there has been the usual radio silence.

if there is a valid reason why the FS is not being released then FFS just say it or simply say "We will release the FS when we get the ML"

Anything else is a kick in the teeth to those that keep them afloat.

I am absolutely convinced that there is a direct SP correlation between HE1 and HELIX. one goes up, the other goes down.

My paper losses in HE1 have been compensated by a rise in Helix shares. Now HE1 is rising and Helix is falling.

What is driving it down in my opinion is that the II's have been given the nod of an imminent placing and are offloading so as to buy in cheaper

If HE1 do not issue an RNS tomorrow either explaining what is in the feasibility Study or an explanation as to why not plus an indication of where the funds are coming from for development then it is time for a Shareholder rebellion!!!

Correct on your first point.

incorrect on your second as Demand is based on the information provided by Lorna and HE1 are not being transparent with what is contained in the Feasibility Study.

Now there may be reasons for their radio silence but a company has a duty to keep its investors updated with pertinent information...and I consider the feasibility study to be just that. Simply saying "it's Commercial" does not wash.

To all of those who are telling us everything fine because Lorna said that it was Commercial do yiu know how Commercial it is?

Until we know this and we know how development is going to be funded the SP will keep dropping like a stone.

Utterly appalling that there is radio silence from the BOD and LB when shareholders are crying out for details of the feasibility Study.

If there is a reason why it is not being released then the least we should expect is for that to be explained.

Surely the BOD and Lorna must inform shareholders just how commercial they estimate this to be. Just using the word "Commercial" whilst good that they eventually said it formally does not provide shareholders with the information they are entitled to.

No doubt I will now be subject to more pile-on from the likes of @roger jolly who attacks everyone who asks pertinent questions and then tries to be clever by demanding specifics knowing that the vast majority of us are not mining engineers but investors who expect companies that we invest in to be competent and transparent with information that is pertinent to our investments.

There is a feasibility Study..that has been confirmed. it was included in the ML application. You do not know what it says, I do not know what it says. U want to see what it says, listen to the experts (and I don't mean rampers like you) and decide from there what I invest in.

I also want assurances that there will be no more dilutions. How difficult is that for you to understand?

In response: I am a LTH of these shares but I find the quality of communication to retail investors somewhat lacking. Lorna and the BOD always conveniently forget that we are owners of this company and we expect better communication. if there is a reason why the feasibility study has not been released today then they need to explain why.

What I want to know is HOW commercial they think this is (along with all the usual caveats of course)

What does this mean to me...I have around £100k sitting in cash in a SIPP getting 3.65% interest. I want to know whether to invest that in HE1 but without the potential size of the Commercial find or how future funding is going to be raised I am pretty hesitant.

I am not a day trader and not looking for a fast buck.

My point is that once again HE1 provide just the minimum information they get away with. All they needed to say was "We will released the detailed feasibility study by xxxxxx, or say why it is not being released.

My patience is running thin with the lack of information being provided by Lorna and the BOD to the people who actually own this company...Us, the shareholders.

Now it maybe, just maybe, that they did not wish to release the feasibility study until the ML was formally submitted so I will give them 24 hours to issue it is a secondary RNS. As owners of this company we are surely entitled to understand the level of commerciality?

As predicted the SP has slowed a tad..just some profit takers (probably bots).

Everyone is waiting for two pieces of real news....

1. How Commercial is it?

2. How is it going to be financed?

The answer to these two questions will determine if the big boys want to pile in.

Chugging upwards nicely. No rockets. it will slow down whilst day traders take profits and then keep chugging along until RNS...then I can only hope.

HE1 release an RNS after formally submitting the ML?

On reflection I cannot see an RNS being issued until the ML has been submitted.

Given that it should contain details of how commercial it is, how it is going to be financed etc etc I think they would be reluctant to release that news until TG have been informed formally.

So next RNS likely after submission.

Simple question..why apply for a Mining License if not Commercial?

The only people buying just now are either newbies not familiar with the constant placements or LTHs hoping to average down.

If the feasibility study and ML submission contains anything positive an new the big boys will of course get the nod from the leaky brokers before the rest of us.

The one thing that is holding me back from buying more is the fear of a placement. I suspect that I am not the only one. hopefully we see something about financing development phase soon.

I still have faith in the long term but nobody is making millions overnight.

If there is full transparency we should see a lot more details about how HE1 plan to commercialise the discovery but how much information will be made public is anyone's guess.
