Would that not have to be RNS’d under the takeover code? I hold EUA shares and it is under takeover and due to that theres a lot of legal boxes needing ticking through rns.

I know everyone dismisses these 8.5’s but i dont get it, this many of the same thing buys and sells ive never seen before, it does some to just be a check but it is strange

Im under the impression that some people end game would have been the flanks license, with such a huge multibag possible getting out once flanks received i wouldnt blame any investor for setting as there out, i personally wouldnt consider it with offers so close but just saying i understand it

Lots of talk re mm’s etc perhaps its as simple as a big seller has had a plan to sell once flanks news comes after multibagging however many times and once this seller has done there thing the SP will be let go of and allowed to rise again

That was the kind of regions i found online after research hence my post here, i understand DYOR etc but i have done and seem to see 17-27% as a reoccurring figure hence why i thought id ask on here for other opinions.

Regards future prices i think you are correct but unfortunately i dont in any way know how to predict that so can only work on what we have now. I assume theres a way to do that im sure ubs will have done.

If anyone does have a figure they use with perhaps a pointer in the direction they got it from that would be great.

So ive been trying to work out a revised valuation based on possible £86B of resources, im using a figure of 20% buyout on resources but that gets an obscene figure, i thought 20% would be conservative. What do people think buyout:resource percentage should be?
