With all due respect crabby he has clearly stated he once finished will be moving onto a new venture.

I doubt he will move on at current prices but once the deal is done i doubt he will be sticking around and speculatively he may even depart before sale is completed but offer price is public knowledge ie share price flies.

Gecko could you confirm if he can sell once the sale has been agreed or not? I guess he would not be able to if suspension was an option as again would be done so on insider trading? However perhaps simply selling once deal is on table and not waiting for finalisation is an option/reason for the move?

Is it worth considering ds may be expecting another suspension whilst the deal goes through? Please dont shoot me down he not a deramp simply thinking if he is making moves to get out perhaps its because of this.

Has it been considered ds may simply want out once the offer price is released as he wants to move himself and his shares elsewhere, if he knows the offers or at least a rough guide he is likely very happy with his profit and having done the job looking to move on prior to sale being finalised?
