Peter there will be a middle ground imo of the offer being acceptable to continue paperwork (imo the stage we are in) i believe then it will be announced and then after that the paperwork finalised.

If you understand how they are marked they are useful figures imo, however the other data provided by jt is what i find more useful-
Median, vwap and MIA shares are what i take most note of.

Just wondered what everyones thoughts are regarding a resources update, i had expected to of received one by now, im not sure whether we will receive one at all or jump straight to a “we have received an offer type” rns and the reason no resource update is as its kinda pointless with a sale imminent? As in other placed they keep updating as normal, Just wondered what the general take on this was?

I wouldnt say deal is done more there is an offer price on the table both sides see fit to continue the process.

As such we are now at the next stage of fsp and i expect to hear news “soon” on what that price on the table is.

Correct on we dont know how many are accumulating, however the fact we still havent seen this monster of a trade go through makes me GUESS (please note that word) that its likely just 1 accumulating.

All depends on what time frame you consider soon like but seen as we are in FSP there is undoubtably going to be some news at some point in time correct

The accumulation by my calculations is roughly 1% as of today. This has pushed up sp we can all see the rise over the last 8 days

I think it will simply be a big order that we will see very shortly tr1

Guitarman please note the difference between discussing whether this large accumulation may be the start of it and me suggesting its happening. As i state above i dont believe its the case, but its certainly got my eyes on the look out for more signs.

Ferg i agree however one must be vigilant to these things no matter how far fetched. This large accumulation is strange you have to agree

I think theres a potential that we might be seeing the first signs of HT however i dont think its the case just yet, worth keeping an eye out for further signs!

then they are not at the table - so they must be off a size to capture 30% of the stock - 330M circa. Not too many firms around with that capital ?? (And not at the table).

Jt i simply added up your last 7 days yesterday not a scientific method but it got a rough figure ive forgotten now the figure just remember it being 3m off 1%

Thats by my calculations the 1% reached (usual disclaimer of assuming same party doing the accumulating)
