Both things you have said are not facts but speculation, perhaps you would be better stating known facts like -
Is a fps process still happening? Yes
Have we appointed a legal firm roughly 4 weeks ago? Yes
Are we the last consolidated paladium play? Yes
Do we have billions of proved resources? Yes
