In the case of Outsourcery which you will no doubt be aware of, it was Mark Seeman who was at the heart of the success which has led to the public listing of OUT. SNTY is a quality investment proposition. Unfortunately many investors don't get it but they will be all over this BB when it reaches £10.

Hi Midus.... yes indeed lol. But funnily enough, as I've mentioned before, I quite like it like this because it just confirms to me that I've got in prior to the herd arriving. So yes been in MAGP and made decent money but got out a while ago. HAWK, NCT nope. COMS - as said, yes, made a killing there with more than 250% profit -out at present but watching. Now interesting you should mention FOX because I am in there and like it a lot. VERY much under the radar and looking to build up my holding there. Could be a big long term winner as not vulnerable to macroeconomics. Quite a lot put off by Kosovo but not me - slightly higher risk but much bigger reward. Marble prices stable and not volatile. High end niche markets. Quality marble. Near term revenue prospect. Cheap as chips!

Synety have been growing their sales and business development team over the past few months. All what you would expect from a young and rapidly growing company with phenomenal prospects for growth. Another blue day as well.... DYOR

First it was Ireland hyped, now it's Iraq for crying out loud!! You couldn't make it up. It was a desperate RNS issued first thing this morning, written by a desperate man for desperate people. Then an even MORE desperate RNS issued an hour and a half later when the first one had the opposite effect to that which was intended. TB of RHPS threw a big spanner in the works and that, I think, is part of the reason for the companies OTT announcements this morning. Folks, beware there is hype and there is mega hype and this is so obviously an attempt to inflate the SP.

Big thumbs up from the market for news today. Superb volume and some excellent buys being seen.. This could mark a reversal.

Not in the least bit surprised this is on the rise today. Not one but TWO major potential company changing announcements this morning. Yes, there was a placing but at a premium to the current SP and taken up by one of ENEG's strategic partners which, in my book, is a big vote of confidence in their Newfoundland project.

We're on the move again. :-) I think part of the issue has been, apart from the fact this is still off the radar of many, is that a lot of people just don't 'get' or understand certain technology stocks. Give them a resource or oil stock and they're fine but technology..... SNTY already has a very large foot in the door to a huge range of varying size customers, globally. This is achieved through its integration partnerships with CRM software providers who already have the customer base. SNYTY's products are a bolt on to the partners offerings and, in many cases, they effectively resell them for SNTY.

When I returned to this board earlier I thought I was on SCLP for a minute what with all the names!! Inacoco is trying to be protective of his investment which I understand but he's gone over the line a few times with posters and though he may be a genuine investor some of the things he says make you cringe. Still, changed my mind about having him here, welcome to stay, more the merrier! Maybe he'll bring us all down to earth reminding us of the wonder that is SCLP lol.

I acted swiftly and got out quickly from SCLP because it was so obvious it was going down to at least the placing price. Some over there are simply too heavily invested to sell out easily though I suspect. I still think SCLP has potential and will monitor with interest and look to get in around the upper teens level.

Apologies - misunderstanding mate - I was directing my comment to inacoco and his SCLP cohorts! But I didn't realise you'd had a disagreement with them and I'm guessing thats why they descended onto this board. They don't like me anyway because I criticised SCLP and suggested the SP was going to drop into the teens. Oh well can't be popular with everybody.

I honestly don't know what will happen to the SP tomorrow. I have said as much. I call things how I see them - yes even shares that I own. What I do know is that the news leaked with a few biggish buys coming through in the afternoon. NO announcement until AFTER market close. So we'll see. Oh, and I didn't realise you had a little feud going with dutchgold but it is quite funny that this BB is suddenly infested with rather angry and bitter SCLP holders having taken the spanking you have over the last week. Stick around for the fun by all means we could do with a bit more lively debate on here!

You're bonkers mate, truly bonkers. I haven't seen anyone comparing this to SCLP? You seem to believe the entire universe revolves around SCLP! And not everyone here was IN XEN five years ago when it was 8p, me included. So just take your SCLP obsession and trot on there's a good chap.

No coincidence that this new development has come about just two weeks after the appt of this bio financial big hitter in the states.

So the announcement came after close of trading. So how will we do tomorrow? I guess there are two ways the market could look at it. 1. Oh no, dilution, slaughter the SP. (My favoured likely outcome) 2. Wow, a potential US listing which could rerate the stock Well, this is AIM after all so we know whats going to happen..... Would be interested to hear others views though as this is a fascinating situation unfolding here.

Or perhaps for said US company to 'buy' XEN and then execute a reverse takeover so the holding company becomes 'XEN'?

So if I understand this correctly this is a plan to effectively 'buy' a 'shell" unlisted US company and then morph it into broadly what is XEN today? Then obtain a listing for said company onto a US exchange? Ultimate aim being to create a company which will be valued higher by the market. Bye bye AIM hello USA.
