I Think breaking in to the US will be a long hard (expensive) slog. the upside is the size of the potential market but there is a lot of competition there and they will need to spend spend spend on marketing to break in. I could see someone buying this a bolt on to their current 401(K) offerings but i'm not sure how good their tech actually is and whether it would be beneficial to buy PBEE versus build something in house.

I also have held for quite a while, buying in over £1.... a long time ago. Having lived in the Isle of Man I knew the company and backed it for the kettle controls' dominant position. Its seems though that with the IPO they have gone on an empire building spree, fuelled by debt and this is what has caused concern. The CEO and other directors have inflated their positions to match this global empire and the big investors lost faith in them. I have a classic case of loss aversion now and am holding because surely the only way is up but I definitely put Strix down as one of my investing lessons... learnt the hard way
