Yes seems like slow but ok progress and no share price movement, we still don't have any big institutional interest. the losses in US are widening and no revenue there. UK looks healthy now and in the profit. I am always confused how they say there have '12% market awareness' or whatever, there are massive players in US so I would be surprised if they have such recognition and if they do then why no customers....

Whats with the 5% drop yesterday? this should be primed for future sales to the middle east and elsewhere as countries restock their depleted hardware

Should get an uptick in business from expats repatriating their money from the middle east

I think with all the publicity around this deal it does highlight the undervalued HICL and TRIG and hopefully some potential bidders will be evaluating them. this could be positive and a better outcome than the merger.

They never would have proposed this deal unless they knew a majority of shareholders would vote for it. the retail investors may not like it but it just takes 50% of the institutional holders to vote for it and it goes through. management presumably have some shares they can vote too.

I see JP morgan have just cut HICL and TRIG from overweight to neutral... I think no one can work out if this is a good idea and are going to wait it out
