I have over £200k in shares. Only had them as had lots of shares in AA . Decided not to sell free shares, and bought a load more early on. Best investment ever at current prices. Worked for AA for 13 years. I can confirm a very well run company.

As for your assertion, masks didn't stop the spreading, neither you or I know how many more cases there would have been without them.

Mining is a long term business and Woodsmith is a multi decade project, they won't be worrying about this short trem slowdown

Shorting is borrowing shares you don't own to sell them hoping to buy them later at a lower price and handing the borrowed shares back.

I would stay out of investing if you don't understand that basic premise.

Buying low and selling high or selling high and buying low is normal trading.

LTV do you know what shorting is? I believe it is illegal for a CEO to short his own company, it would be insider trading. They are allowed to do executive hedging,

You had better hope AA prosper to deliver all the local jobs for decades to come. Invest your 5.5p in Anglo, it will be a much less risky bet than you did before.

LTV. I'm sure the wider local comunity will eventually come to realise that Anglo has rescued this company that will provide many hundreds if not thousands of jobs over decades. Many for the children and grandchildren of those who were deceived or foolish enough into putting their life savings into one company. It was the previous management of Sirius that failed to convince other investors to stump up money for the project, and it nearly went bust. Anglo has rescued this project which will provide local jobs. You had better hope Anglo prospers to be able to fulfill this project. It takes deep pockets to do a project like this. Blame the previous management (which you backed, and I hear people were encouraging their friends to invest, were they financial advisers!!!), don't blame Anglo, it seems no one else would take the risk, otherwise, as I said, there would have been a bidding war.

LTV, you sound a very bitter person. Did you sink a lot of money into SXX in the hope of making money? You were lucky to get 5.5p. If it was so undervalued there would have been a bidding war. It would have gone into administration and you would have got zero and someone would have bought it for even less.
If people had taken financial advice they would have been advised not to put all there money in one company.
