As the JSE is 1 day ahead of our div day that should give an indication of the drop for the LSE SP, or is that not the case?

Coal future price is now over $300 into April 2024. Printing money. My average SP cost is £5.85, plus dividends makes this my best share buy bar none.

Not sure to sell just before the dividend and buy back immediately after to hedge the 20% WHT. No stamp duty.

Richards Bay forward coal price over $300 to next April. Exceptional dividends for a while yet. When gas and oil go way lower and coal follows its will be time to sell, not now.

Glencore went x-div today which is the reason for most of its fall.

Coal sept future over £350. Nat gas in Europe went up 11% on Friday.

Buy and hold until coal price looks to fall, or change in Kremlin which allows sanctions to ease.

Just need Glencoe (or another miner not squeamish) to buy us.

The scramble for winter coal has begun. The next div could be even higher. Gas also up. The UK shipping has from Aus is a sign of desperation.

How long before one of the other miners buys TGA? Glencoe has no probs with coal.

Do you mean that TGA, and others, have allowed that usless company Transnet to effectively renegotiate the LTA.

What would be brilliant is if Transnet fixed their business to deliver what they signed up for, so we can sell the coal TGA previously projected to sell at these high prices.

This article should be good news for the share as it raises TGA into the spotlight to other inestors. They will see the massive dividend coming now and for the next few years.

I watch the RB coal price every day as an indication to this SP.

From statement :Should dividend withholding tax be withheld at a rate of 20%, the net dividend amount due to shareholders is 240.01464 pence per share (Pound sterling) (300.01830 pence gross dividend per share less 60.00366 pence dividend withholding tax per share).

It's up... its down... with the recent update the SP should be a lot higher. All small trades which affects it greatly. I'm holding out for Putin to turn off the gas to Europe. Its a horrible thought but humans are driven by events.

Forward price is over $300 all the way to Feb 23. TGA must almost be drowning in cash. Given that they have already retained the reserve they announced at launch, the dividend should be massive.

From their pre-close statement states cable theft is a partucukar issue
