You're missing the point ChristopheB. The goal here isn't to get bought out.

The goal is to prove up their locations and then do JVs with the appropriate larger companies once they're further along. We either retain a big enough percentage to start getting income from it, or we end up with a royalty stream. Either way we get an income with less capital spend than if we were going it alone.

When you're a smaller company you need to do that to get the money. We have the $50mil loan facility from Newcrest and as will be able to do financing rather than placings once the reserves go from Inferred to Measured

I think the main reason why it didn't dip is because 99% of holders know warrant conversions will be coming, and don't panic about them any more

gg - You can only pay into one of each type of ISA per year. So if you have 5 stocks and share ISAs you can only pay into one this year. You could pay into a different one next year, but only that one

Is that right that you can't trade in two stocks and share ISAs that were loaded with cash in different years?

What would be the point in that? All you'd need to do is to transfer from one to the other to avoid it

Given HL currently take about 20 mins to answer the phone, I'm not surprised they're not offering bed and Isa at the moment.

Archways - The different types of ISA that you hold could be your Lifetime ISA, a stocks and shares ISA, and a cash ISA. You can pay into all 3 in a single year as long as you don't go over the individual allowance (4k for the lifetime ISA) and the total allowance (20k for the year)

Its only a problem for the short term traders.
