Hydro - That would make sense to get both at once. Just GGP would give up a lot of gold to NCM. And with the JVs only covering some of GGPs areas, then just NCM would also leave a lot of gold with someone else.

The question is when would they look to do it. Before Scally could be more difficult to sell to their own shareholders, but after would increase the price

DC - GGP spent about 18 months working between 1.8p and 2.2p before what happened this year.

It takes a while sometimes regardless of how good the situation is.

There will be a number of reasonably large longer term holders who will be looking to get out when they're back in the blue / only slightly down. There needs to be the right levels of churn before we can move up. The spike to 3p will definitely have helped with that

They declined to JV for Ernest Giles as it wasn't cost effective at that time. It was in a hard to reach region in Australia.

Boyzer - Yeah i got lucky with my timings.

Can open a Lifetime ISA until you're 40, and i opened mine at 39 1/2.

Government will add 25% to anything i put in each year until i'm 50 (Currently can put in 4 grand a year max).

And i can't take it out until i'm 60, but absolutely no tax to pay at that point.

Boyzer - Which is why i've also been topping up my Lifetime ISA. Same tax back benefits as paying into the pension, no charges on withdrawals after 60

Most of my UFO is in my SIPP Max. Means i can't even access it for nearly another 20 years.

It certainly helps with having a longer timeline and makes me less twitchy to react to SP movements

And finally, finally, I do hope they do issue them all at the first possible official decision to mine, because then we don't get this thread popping up every month or two

SandGrounded - Finally issuing 145million shares has no financial impact on the company. Its not coming out of cash they hold, they're creating new shares.

Even if they had the choice far better to get it out of the way, so its one less thing to have to deal with

The only possible reason to want to delay some would be so we were at a higher sp. I guess people would be thinking it'd have less of an impact. I'm not sure thats the case. If they recieve the shares now they may well hold onto them for a longer period, however if they get 145million shares when the sp is at £1 for example they'd be far more likely to sell more of them quickly

That said i'd be very surprised if it wasn't that a decision to mine on any part of the licence at the time requires the full payment.

145 million shares is not that much.

Its an increase of about 3.7% shares in issue, and between a week and 10 days of trading volume. If Scally hits then we'll probably have a day with more volume than that

If this is what we're clutching at straws about for bad news, then we're in a really good place.

We're not that AIM toddler any more.

Do we really need to get this obsessed about 7am and have such a reaction when there isnt one? Xxxx
