duracel - The trouble we have is that until there is news people will be worrying that the negative will happen. CF hasn't let us down so far. People complain on other companies that you can't trust their CEO because of their past history. The opposite can be said here. Hes yet to let us down, so lets wait and see what he comes up with

Lost - You're probably safe enough to disregard the Funds list, as the majority of them will be covered in the institutions list.

There may be some smaller holdings with Institutions, so probably not more than another 1-2%.

I'd say we're probably somewhere around 25%

Vanguard appears in the list of Institutions, and 4 times in the funds. So you're double counting anything that appears across the two

Its Sirius saying we've added these additional shares to be able to provide them to people when they convert

I consider it to be positive.

Its a much bigger block that they've got than last time. That to me says they're expecting a bigger chunk of the bonds to be converted over the next 12 months or so.

Plus its expected additional shares so it shouldn't have a negative effect

If I hadn't been trading my holding would be 4 times what i currently have, and would be 50% up on initial investment (including a couple of stupid buys at 45p)

Lesson learnt. These shares are going nowhere. Just adding and waiting for divs
