Nelson - I'm 37. I'll take my chances with the divi rather than my trading skills I think :)

I keep getting ideas to trade it when we have a period where we get a good run.

Then i remember other times i've tried to trade and got badly burnt.

Thats when i think to myself "Its all about the number of shares i hold for the divi"

I guess people are used to it trading in a range, and once they see the top come in they then sell.

Hopefully they get locked out with a nice big movement
