And there are some here that are in the mid point of their working lives, who want to have a pension that pays out good income for when they do finally get to retire
As i said yesterday VincentVega - I'm happy with the level of risk here.
And from my point of view it makes perfect sense to be holding for dividends, given the average i have. I could see well over 25% yield on my average price when running the numbers. Way i see it is a couple of years with no dividends pales when compared to a 100 year mine life with that sort of yield on my investment
Mazda - 125 million shares not enough for CF to be holding? I mean having £19,750,000 worth of shares is probably enough no? After all even 1p a share divi would give him £1.25mil a year in divis
I'm well aware that there is a chance that the bonds won't be sold in September and everything will go tits up. However looking at the IIs that have bought in (2 sovereign wealth funds for starters) I consider the risk to be smaller than you consider it to be.
Therefore i'm happy with the risk / reward ratio. You might not be. That's fine. Don't invest. I am happy with it. I'm invested. I have SXX as an appropriate percentage of my portfolio.
To be honest i'm not entirely sure why you've decided to pick me for an argument about it, as i'm really not going to be swayed in my opinion. I've been invested and researching here for several years, and this is the share i'm most comfortable holding in my portfolio
I have the holding i want, at the proportion of my portfolio i'm comfortable with. I don't care about 2p up or down, or even 10p up or down. I won't be trading it regardless as from past experience my timing will be shocking and i'll end up with less shares.
You might not agree with the way i do things, but again i don't care. That's nothing against you, or anyone else who wants to be trading.
The thing is this is a long term share. It'll be a couple of years still until 1st polyhalite. Lets not worry about intraday movements
