I'd argue it depends what your definition of investing is. Are you investing in the company, or are you investing for a better future for yourself / family / a new car / new house?

I think we'll see around 20p on the initial port news. However without additional news from ZIOC i can see it drop back to around 15p in a similar way to the IMF news went up to 12.5p and dropped back to 10p.

If ZIOC follow it up with news of their own then the sky is the limit as said elsewhere

Simandou have a defined route to get the iron out and as i understand it are much better specced out than us at the moment.

People spending that sort of money will prefer to have the more stable idea of what things will cost. After all if for some reason the port doesn't happen (corruption / other companies get in first for berths) that kinda leaves a big mine with no easy route to get the iron out. As things get finalised, and construction on things continues (ports, power plants, etc) more interest will come
