"Someone else has agreed to build a port and powerplant" is not something necessary to RNS, the same way as the IMF agreement wasn't. Its something that the usual suspects use to lure in new investors

Lets be honest theres been stuff thats been negotiated for months and this was a good place to do a very public signing.

I imagine there will be other negotiations through the 3 days which will see additional agreements signed

Well that's the good thing about this. Until it happens we all do our calculations based on our own research and observations.

We're both happy with our own numbers and thats how it should be. And if either of us were able to be persuaded by the other, it would mean we wouldn't have done enough research.

I didn't say we'd drop back to 10p again. I said we'd see a similar spike, drop, plateau if there was no news.

Without an RNS from ZIOC i'm anticipating spike to mid-high 20s, following by a drop back to around 15s where it'll sit until news

I'm planning on a small slice around the 25p mark as with previous spikes that'd put me on a free carry.

The rest will be held until the company is sold.

Its the previous spikes that inform my current thinking. News of things happening with the IMF led to a spike to 12.5p from 8p and then back to 10p because nothing followed from ZIOC. The same thing could happen but bigger when the port is announced if ZIOC don't look like they're doing anything. Yes it could well spike into the high 20s, and i imagine thats what a lot of people here would take, especially all the new names that have shown up today. Thats not for me. I'm here for the big money, and thats not going to happen this week without the RNS red dot at the top of the page going red

The key thing to remember is that any rise from the port news is unlikely to last unless ZIOC also release news around the EPP / a JV / a sale

Thats the total revenue per share, not the sp, if they use all the inferred resource too

Today is the only time that signings are currently scheduled you mean.

Given the schedule has already been moved around today to move the signings back an hour, i don't imagine they'd have too much difficulty adding additional signings in later in the 3 day period

Yes getting the port signed off is a step in the right direction, and yes it'll likely give us a good boost into the 20s, but its not the end goal.

Without a follow up from ZIOC, either EPP or a sale all it'll be is another spike before sliding back down to around 12-15p
