I don’t disagree Rich - and the future prospect is indeed BIG and indeed (we hope) extremely bright - some thoughts though away from geology - risk - economics - suitors - game play etc etc etc - There are investors here that bought in at much higher levels than where we are at currently - it’s a fact (granted many amongst us also at much lower levels) - and many like myself that had buys at 3.7p and 46p (think I was caught up in a eutrophic moment with the 46p buy - must have been as I stuck in 10 grand at that point ! - might even have been more) - I’m not moaning or taking a swipe - I’m merely saying that people’s view point could be anchored or indeed swayed depending on their buy points (or averages) - would Jim be a Moany old git had he bought in at 3p (probably ! - no offence Jim) but maybe not -his view may be tainted by the self reflection of a poorly timed (no judgement cast - I bought at 35p too) 35p buy - would those who still sit on significant holdings but have cashed out their original stake money be quite so confident (or does their neutralised risk afford them their confidence) - who knows ! Believe me I’m in here because I believe in the resource - I trust in the mgt and I wholeheartedly believe I will be hugely rewarded, if I didn’t I’d walk away. Sorry for the ramblings I’m just trying to open minds here to the whole plethora of perspectives which are not always based on fundamentals but can and must surely be based in part on personal financials and perspective on their exposure to risk balanced by the desire for reward - cheerleaders would be sited by Satan (maybe some of us are - I am at times) - 98 would take the high ground and profess his trading prowess (first time I’ve mentioned him for mths - I still recoil at his personal attack on me which I won’t forget) the rest will ebb and flow depending on mood - and a few will still believe we are shooting to the moon even if we are presented with facts that do not meet our hopes and desires - it’s a melting pot here - each to their own - and without malice the DG ramble is over. I’m with you AK - I’m not going anywhere mate and this is by far my biggest play - I believe it will reap reward (doesn’t mean my patience isn’t tested - it is ! And has been for a while -) but your right patience is a virtue and I hope we are all well rewarded because having the virtue to extend the patience doesn’t always replicate to financial reward - good luck to you (me) and all that have the faith though - BTW I looked long and hard at Kaz but never hit the buy button - one that got away for me too !

Hope so AKGold - need compensation for our patience ! I stuck £12 grand in soco a couple of weeks back and got a 12% return (luck - good Judgement - call it what you want - but was a nice little tickle) - keeps me occupied whilst I wait on this - my big bet !

I don’t think NM is taking this to production - why bother - the bloke is late 50’s early 60’s - he’s going to bag millions and millions selling Solg - why wait another 3-4 yrs (maybe more) developing a mine to point of production, plus associated risk of country politics, copper price, mine taking longer, costing more than first envisaged etc etc - nope I think he’s selling it - but at the right time and the right price - he strikes me a stubborn fella with an eye now on the final goal - I think he will sell but maybe retain a small interest for sentimental reasons (or the 50 yrs plus divi’s He and his familly would no doubt enjoy)

Agree mate would be good if copper prices started to rise as so many forecasters have predicted - I know we all think someone has to make the first move - who will blink first type of thing - but do they ? Could they maybe just ‘all’ sit it out until our cash levels run low and it maybe becomes easier to pick us off for a much cheaper price ? - this is not a prediction by the way I’m just throwing it out there for comment ! I mean majors are not majors by spending cash in a carefree manner - NM is an experienced negotiator of whom we may well have faith in - but the majors will have exeperiencef negotiators too ! Agree with you columbo - most here must believe we are undervalued at current sp otherwise why be invested - everyone has their opinion on where the sp could go to - which some may think is a few pence more and some a few pound with everything in between ! I’d very much like to see us begin to rise from these mid 20’s now either on the back of news or in anticipation of news - don’t care which as long as value begins to be represented in the sp - I really have no idea if news is near or not now - I want a blockbuster rns that moves us up and not a gap filler rock sample rns which takes us down a penny or two !

Don’t know why some of us get so het up by what AG says (he may have a point - I don’t know) - he or she is commenting on a single hole a single hole !! And the first singular hole into a brand new area - he or she was wrong last time on his Solg summary and ate a bit of humble pie (wrong on a summary of ‘multiple holes’ ! - declares to be an investor as he/she believes in the overall scope potential - Newcrest are in Blackrock are in - additional suitors we are told are interested - we’ve got 11 drills flat out still which will give a great increase to MRE - PEA on its way later this year - AG is entitled to an opinion like the rest of us - but just because he/she does a blog on a poorly presented (my opinion) website he has the ability to cause doubt, I just don’t get it - if I created a website and added some geology spin added a few pics and wrote my opinions would I be able to cause such a stir ! (Doubt it but maybe) - Now I love differing opinions but AG’s is just another singular voice - so I’ll consider its content and add it into the overall picture. Solg is not without risk it is not a forgone conclusion that we will all be rich on the back of it - it is a high risk reward stock (maybe medium risk now) - fingers crossed for the reward and AG’s ‘opinion’ has not been enough to sway my own opinion drawn from my own research - DYOR
