From the drill results published today is there any way any clever chap could calculate what this would currently indicate in terms of additional grade and volume of the high grade stuff and same for the current pile we have at 0.68cu - this could be a guesstimate I suppose as I know we don’t have full picture - Aggy results a bit low but only from first couple of holes which is not unusual when drilling new target - some ill used to 5 holes into Alpala until we got great results does anyone recall first drill hole(s) results from Alpala so we could compare ? Trivino and Moran still to come to double the resource maybe - mining tax reduction/removal to be potentially passed in govt in 30 days (thanks for that link Pad) - and still an outside chance we could have a blue finish on an RNS day - could be cause for another celebratory half a lager ;-)

Agree with that Q - it’s not a dial shifter it’s a placer move by NM - we are progressing, all is well things are getting bigger - with further developments ahead, and we are adding fundamental value - SP will do whatever it’s going to do for now, I’d rather it was going up - it’s not so I’ll deal with it - no point in moaning about it.

All looks good to me - getting bigger including high grade - more focus drills for Aggy - all very good indeed - steady as she goes

Took another couple of grands worth of these today at a little over .53 and really quite pleased with myself - brought down my average a tad and can look forward to developments over coming months - if we drop below .5 I’ll be back for some more

Would have to check back but from memory I believe when we hit 45p(ish) copper price was circa 20% lower than current copper price - obviously we may well have been in a imminent take over speculation phase and were also pre placing price etc etc but maybe that increase would go towards offsetting additional shares and help should we re-enter a period were thoughts turn to a potential more imminent sale again. (Like I said I’d have to check back on price of copper then and now for exact numbers), gotta be a good thing though and let’s not forget the few nuggets of gold thrown in for good measure

Forgot to mention - Copper up 3 or 4 % today (queue the naysayers stating current copper price doesn’t matter right now) looks like an uptrend is starting (as predicted by many) to start to take hold though and over the mid to long term in my opinion it will very much matter - GLA

Had more of a leaky ship feel about it - next day or two we will need some news in my opinion to sustain the rise - but really shouldn’t have too much of a problem rallying nicely from here - it’s still cheap for any wanting a speculative play - I’ve been averaging down as I got caught in the hype of a few months back but have been happy to build at lower levels as I just don’t think Newmont would have stuck around as long as they did if this was a busted flush - next few days could be very interesting.

He’ll sell it Earthling - in your 30’s you have time for a punt (take to development - stars in your eyes) in your 40’s you may be financially better off so could still consider still having a punt (take to development) in your 50’s if your lucky enough you don’t look a gift horse in the mouth you take the money (you cash in) 60’s, 70’s, 80’s you cash in for final bragging rights (you sell) - and for a more professional view - he has a history of selling

I’m quite sure NM wants SP to ascend as most here also do - his urgency may however differ from our own as he is privy to a lot more info so may not feel the need to throw off the urgency vibe - give it time Jim or look for a stock which you believe has a better chance of achieving your growth targets

Yep you could well be right Jim - I don’t even mind slippage as long as we can see tangible progress

Kiwi - been down the estimate guesstimate route before mate so won’t say my exact calculated target (wouldn’t want to awaken the derision from some qtrs here) - I have a plan to reduce my holding from 40p(ish) in small manageable chunks until my initial investment is returned - at that point my confidence (with reduced risk) will improve to assist my holding of my remaining pot for higher levels - I think £2b market cap can be achieved but I’m constantly reassing - and I have no qualms in leaving something for the next man to make a turn on - I’ve got a 5 yr plan for my portfolio and hoping Solg helps me achieve my own personal targets and maybe accelerate them a bit.

Let’s put the current seller in the same camp of those that sold at 4p shall we Thomas - just prior to our rise to 46p - just because you profess to the seller not being able to see £3 by Xmas doesn’t mean they are right now does it. Always good to be balanced

Big holding you have Kiwi (well would be huge for me !) and wish you all the best with it - I think we will see Corporate action this year too - but maybe re-thinking my own timeline thoughts to end of yr rather than the stampede I thought may occur on MRE update - but honestly I really don’t have a clue - which puts me in some very good company here :-)

Agree Eartling - I guess I’m news hungry though - would be easier if SP was in a slow appreciating mode to ease the wait on news. I became accustomed to higher frequency of RNS last year (or at least it felt like that) - Aggy is a niggle with me but I balance that with ‘very’ early days as I think an expectation of hitting a blockbuster after 1 hole was a little bit of wishful thinking - but then I question why they didn’t send the second rig - more questions than answers always seems to be the way ! NM stating now is not the best time to sell - is that kidology is he buying time - waiting for the mother of all offers - waiting for copper price increase - again none of us really know - the question is ‘when’ is the right time. Personally I have a gut feel updated MRE will be good could create some jostling for position for potential suitors but Feasability study promised by year end could be the deal clencher

We seem to have had many days now of low volumes - drip effect of the impatient or slow exit of the wise - who knows. We do know we have some large ii’s Onboard but it’s worth considering although their holdings are large in monetary terms they are not necesarily that large as an overall fund % - I’m not a great fan of this waiting for a single revision to the MRE - not because I think it will be bad quite the contrary I think it will be good - I’m not a fan as it causes all sorts of wild hypotheses from posters and investors - I’d prefer more regular updates but that’s not the route NM has chosen - there are loads of positives here (others summarise better than myself) but also some doubts which are creeping in - but that’s risk reward for you. Ronin if your reading thanks for your kind words over on the fund manager - I liked your pub analogy. Anyway there will be news soon no doubt and until then adios amigos
